'Gem of the Coast' is our lovely Topsail Beach & Racquet Club condo/ villa across from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico / body of water. Watch for Dolphins playing, jumping, and very curious which makes your stay on the beach a visit of a lifetime. Every morning enjoy coffee outside your bedroom on the private balcony, while you will see boats passing through or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean! Private Balcony off the living room and the master bedroom include serene unobstructed sights of the emerald, turquoise water. You can relax with a good book, morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying your Gulf Breeze time from each east Deck/balcony. Private Beach Access for you to walk and jog on the beach road or Surfside, watch beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets, or just lounge on your private deck at your leisure. You will hear the sound of the ocean water splashing against the shore while dining outside or relaxing on the 2 covered porches. Breathe in the ocean air, soak up the sun's rays, schedule a deep-sea fishing excursion, go for a fun parasailing trip, numerous rental excursion options are close by. Enjoy our area for oceans' salt air for restful sleep, sleeping in, or napping/siestas after your day at the Beach! You can gaze out onto the shimmering water, (full moons are mesmerizing) while sitting in bed or waking up with your sunrise coffee and breakfast. The other bedroom has 2 twins/ pillow tops, 250- 300 thread count and bathroom adjacent in the hallway. All Rooms have Water views, Faster Wi-Fi Internet secured, DVD players keep everyone happy. Freshly updated with light fixtures, professionally decorated colors of blues and emerald green and neutrals. Compact-size washer and dryer. Full-Size Kitchen, 1 pack n play sleeps toddler, with booster highchair, 1 collapsible baby crib sleeps 1 infant - is provided. Summit 1011 is mostly childproof and a few toys in the guest closet to keep kiddos busy at night. Our beach condo has everything you need plus more! We like to keep it above your standard! There is 1 rollaway if needed for the kiddos to sleep. and a pullout sofa bed mattress is available for children and unexpected guests. Our home sleeps 2 -5 people. We are Kid friendly for families. We are 2 minutes' drive to Seascape Golf Course, Regatta Bay, and SanDestin Golf Courses. Seascape Concerts are only 1.5 mile away! Walk or bicycle over!





At the Beach, Ocean, Gulf View, Private Beach Access for You, 3 Pools, 2 heated Pools in Winter, 1 hot tub, 2 Beach Bikes complimentary! Pool, hot tub, restaurant- pool /cabana bar with ocean side pool at Blue Dunes Grille. Tops'l Racquet & Tennis Club is available with additional Fee. And, when courts are needed- schedule advance 24-48 hr reservation for doubles courts. Or Top 50 Court in the Nations. Topspin Sportsbar is open daily, and Ocean Club nightly dinner takes reservations.

Getting Around:

Drive into Destin Hwy 98. We are East Destin in Miramar Beach, FL.

Gate has your parking pass on date of arrival, and Check in is 4 pm with Check out at 10am.

We will text front door entry code for your 4pm check either the day of arrival or the prior day.



You may bike or walk to beach or short ride with trams is available onsite for beach, Club (additional fee), and 3 restaurants. We provide 2 adult beach bikes. If you need a 3rd bike, notify me. So, I can reserve for a minimum fee.



Paddle board or kayak up and down the shoreline. More Rentals are located at your beach access- short walk (300 steps or 1–2-minute walk) or quick bike ride.



Golfing is less than 1/2 a mile away at SanDestin resort next door. Call for details or green fee coupons!



Other Things to Note:

March & Summer season is Saturday to Saturday, typically. If owner is using home, we are able to accommodate a different schedule than 5-7 nights stay during that time frame. Holidays are typically 5-7 nights, too. Best value is 7 nights for family of 4 - 5 guests. However, depending on what day they fall on we may be able to accommodate other needs.
