Welcome to Glen Haven, a peaceful, quiet, family-oriented condominium setting where everyone takes pride in their units. This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom plus loft is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the lake! It is located in the Cedar Glen Complex in Camdenton on the 13-mile marker of the Big Niangua. They have so much to offer including two pools, one which is heated, an outdoor playground area, a basketball hoop, a sand volleyball court, horse shoe pit, a boat launch, and parking for your trailer. If that is not enough, this complex is one of the few that has a swim dock for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and relaxing in the lake!
Kitchen and Dining Area
This open-concept kitchen is stocked with everything you need while away from home. There is a breakfast bar with seating for four as well as a dining room table with seating for eight. There is a coffee bar with a K cup and a drip coffee maker.
Living Room
The living room has high vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows for a great view of the lake! It features a reclining couch, reclining loveseat, chair, side tables, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto the lakefront balcony.
Primary Suite
Wake up to beautiful lake views in the primary bedroom which features a king-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, flat-screen TV, closet, and sliding glass doors for access to the balcony.
Primary Bath
The attached bath features a double vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, nightstand, dresser, and a closet.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a stand-alone shower.
Living Room/ Loft area
Upstairs there is a loft area that features a sofa with a queen-sized sofa bed, loveseat, recliner, flat-screen TV, a desk workspace, and a variety of books and board games!
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located upstairs off the loft area with a pocket door for privacy. This bedroom also features a queen-sized bed, a twin bed with a trundle, dresser, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is attached to bedroom 3 with a single vanity sink, linen closet, and a stand-alone shower.
Outside
As you walk outside to the balcony you will have a great view of the heated pool, the swim dock, and of course, the amazing unobstructed views of the lake. When you need a break from the sun, the balcony has a sunshade for dining and making memories.
Neighborhood Description
The Cedar Glen condo complex is located in Camdenton, right across from Old Kinderhook Golf Resort and next to Lake Valley Golf Club. This complex is just minutes away from tons of the lake`s most popular attractions including, the Cave Bar and Grill, The Bridal Cave, Ozark Amphitheater, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Ballparks National Complex, and so much more. This condo is just 15 minutes away from Osage Beach, and 20 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip.
**The fireplace is not for guest use and there is not an elevator.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
