Wonderful place!

We loved our stay at this great downtown location! It is walkable to almost every restaurant and brewery, and just a short drive to so many other things to see. The accommodations were great, and so spacious. We had a very slight “hiccup” when we first arrived, and I wouldn’t have even mentioned except I wanted to add that the response was unbelievably fast! Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Great stay downtown Macon

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in the suite. Very spacious and tidy. The bed was comfortable and building very quiet. Parking was great with gated access. Directly below suite was a bakery, pizza and coffee shop. We were able to walk to a large number of restaurants and breweries.

Great location. You are in waking distance of great food and fun. Chris is a wonderful host and easy to contact if you need anything. We will be back.

Nice location, dirty and host will gaslight you about it

I've never written a negative review but I feel the need to:(I put a list of pros here but the review limits your character count so I removed it. nice location and amenities.)When we first walked in I saw piles of dust bunnies that looked like dog hair near the TV stand and then what looked like a small metal nail on the floor near the fridge. The rug had multiple strings of brown/yellow droplets that you could generously attribute to coffee, but since this is a dog-friendly location, to me looked like dog diarrhea accidents. I reached out to the host who was friendly and did swing by the location. He offered to vacuum, which was nice, but it felt too little too late and inconvenient to have someone clean a room you are currently in when they had all day to do so. I declined and suggested he refund my cleaning fee since it obviously was not cleaned well. He agreed and my wife vacuumed after he left. When we went to the bedroom that evening we noticed cobwebs up and down the corners of the room. The next morning we saw there was a bidet which was cool but the remote didn't work. When we went to get in the shower there was a crusty dirty black washcloth hanging over the fixture. We left a day early and when I told the host he denied seeing the rag, sent me positive review screenshots, and only refunded half the cleaning fee, gaslighting me about how filthy I KNOW it was. Previous cleanliness is no comfort when I'm the guest in a dirty house. Buyer beware!!

Concert stay

We booked here because of how close it was to the macon Coliseum, 5 min drive. You are downtown near shops, restaurants, bars. Loved that the sefety of the apartment with only key or code to get it. Apartment was beautiful there were some cleaning issues but minor..other than that. I woulstayagainagainnproblem

Macon stay Mercer Football weekend

Nice unit in nice building downtown Macon. Came in town for Mercer football and softball . Close to campus, downtown. Felt safe in unit and building/property. (Macon downtown is just a tad intimidating at night). The condo had everything we needed !a.waswas very comfortable

Location, location, location

Great loft in wonderful location. Two night stay and we would not have had to leave our block for anything. Clean, well done loft. Strange layout but workable.

In the middle of everything.

Great property. Plenty to eat and do within a one-block radius. Plenty of greenspace nearby to walk your approved pet. Also, a good place to stay in and play Pac-Man.

Graduation Weekend

Wonderful penthouse in a fabulous location in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to all of the restaurants, etc The penthouse is as advertised and host communication is almost immediate if needed. Will try to stay here again on our next visit!
