Fabulous setting! 5 bedrooms 3 bath close to RMNP and downtown- sleeps up to 14!

STR 3022 3017 Just minutes from downtown Estes Park and RMNP Fall River entrance! Great for groups in a secluded setting at the base of Old Man Mountain. The space is ideal for two families vacationing together as well as family reunions. You can entertain your whole group in the upper level. The dining table can seat 10 people and the kitchen table can seat an additional 4 people.
There is also seating on the upper deck and back patio for your whole group to enjoy time together around the fire pit.
Garage has been converted into an activity room with ping pong, corn hole, foosball table, games, large screen TV.
The upper unit of the duplex has 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The lower unit has 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath. Both units have a full kitchen, living, dining and washer/dryer. The two unit are connected with an interior door near the stairway. Each unit also have their own exterior entrances.
Plenty of room to gather as well as have "your own space"
Family friendly with high chair, booster seats, stroller, safety gate, toddler portable bed, toys and outdoor play! Washer and dryer in both the upper and lower level- soap provided!

The upper level (main level)- great room which includes dining room, living room with fireplace and tv, full kitchen. 3 bedrooms are on upper level and 2 full bathrooms as well as fantastic deck with outdoor grill and seating- great views! Note that 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 queen bedroom with twin bunk beds are on main level. Couch can be pulled out into sleeper sofa (we have bedding for sleeper sofa). Washer and dryer on main floor.

The lower level- living room with tv and electric fireplace, dining room, full kitchen. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Note that 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom with a twin daybed that can easily be converted to 2 twins by pulling out futon (see pics) are located in the lower level. Washer and dryer in lower level.

Lower level and upper level are connected by a common entrance and can access each other by the common stairwell.

Our family of ten (my husband and me, and our four kids and their spouses) had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas at this home! It was clean and the beds comfortable, and one amazing feature was that it was so soundproof! The kids sometimes stayed up much later than we did and they are pretty noisy…but we heard nothing upstairs. They said they didn’t even hear eachother in the next bedroom at night when one of them had a cough. The fixation is perfect…a few short minutes from town and from the Stanley. Really great.

Fantastic time in Estes Park

Great location…walking distance into town… property had everything! We were amazed! We had members from 1 to 60 in age… strollers… toys, wonderful views… proximity to various Rocky Mountain trails.. you name it, it was available in the house… so much fun!

A Great stay !

We had three generation's here and there was plenty of space for us all . And even if some wanted to shop down town or some wanted explore the rocky national park . This property was close enough and private enough to make this property A Great Place to Stay !

Thank you for letting us stay on this beautiful property We really enjoyed staying with the whole family. It was the first time all the family got together and we hope we will do it again next year. The house has everything anybody can need it was real clean and is on great location, and beautiful views and very close to Estes Park town. Great service. Leah our host was really nice and she made sure we had everything we needed for our two grandbabies she went out of her way to make sure we were confortable.This house felt like our home away from home, cant wait to return.Thank you so much Leah for your amazing hospitality you are awesome! Estes for Thansgiving

Kitchen fully stocked ( spices, small appliances , etc) game room kept kids totally occupied, sleds, ice grippers and poles for the snow and ice, too much to mention! Beautiful location, set back from main road. The host was responsive and quick to answer questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great for 2 families to stay together

We were having a large family reunion and the accommodations fit both mine and my brother's families plus a few more cousins who needed beds last minute. It was minutes from downtown and there is a great little bakery about 400 yards away to get cinnamon rolls each morning. The owners provided coolers for off-site parties in Stanley park and accommodated us sending a shipment (reunion hats) ahead or our arrival which was great. Would stay again in the future.

Amazing property and hosts

This place has it all from two fully stocked kitchens to an awesome game room. My family was able to make a full Thanksgiving meal for 12 with ease. The house is cozy and inviting and allowed all of us to hang out on the main level to play games at the large dinning room table or lounge around and watch movies in comfort. The location is near downtown and hiking trails. We all had a great time. The owners are very communicative and even offered a later check out due to a snow storm.

Christmas reunion

This property was perfect for our family reunion. The kids hung out in the family room downstairs while the adults were upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Check the refrigerator and pantry before heading to the store - we bought condiments that we didn’t need to. The Christmas tree and decorations were a nice addition. Would recommend staying here and would do so again

Upon arrival we found the home to be much more than expected. It was exactly what we were needing and spotlessly clean. Supplies were awesome and everything worked without any issues. The fire pit ran out of gas and there was a spare bottle we changed. Our evening around the fire pit was awesome. We cooked on the grill one evening, it was clean when we started and we cleaned it when we were done. Overall the best experience one could expect. 🤗

Spoiled by our hosts!

We brought a group of young adults from our church for a New Year's Retreat. The owners have thought of everything - New Years napkins, snacks, sleds, traction for outdoor hiking, and 2 kitchens with all of the items needed to cook and serve. They were helpful in making check-in and out easy and were very responsive if needed, while allowing us privacy. The layout was perfect for us to have the guys use the upstairs and our girls spread out in the downstairs. Eating together and hanging out was perfect in the upper level. They even had a beautiful Christmas tree for us. We would absolutely return to this beautiful property. Thank you!

Family Vacation 2024

This property was beautiful, and set up perfectly for our multi-generation vacation. The game room, and fire pit were hits with the kids, and the fully stocked kitchen had every tool and small appliance we could think of. We had thought to bring paper plates, cups with us, but there really wasn't any need to as the owners, Dick and Liz, had provided enough dishes, silverware and cups and glasses that we wouldn't have needed them. All the furnishings in the house are high quality and really made it feel so much like home that one grandchild already wants to know when we are going back. This home is located in a very nice, quiet area just outside of downtown, making it easy to get to all the attractions we wanted to see. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units together, which gave us plenty of space for our party of 13 to spread out. We highly reccomend this

Much needed retreat!

This was simply a great fit for our family, and a great house for our group. My family came to Estes for a weeklong escape from our hectic lives, and we landed in the right spot! Lovely property, location was excellent for popping out for food, hiking, or shopping, and it was a surprisingly private feeling property. The hosts were incredibly kind, with exceptional communication, furnishing the kitchen with requested extras, sleds and traction/microspikes available as part of the rental, and two passes to the alpine coaster. The house was just right for our family, with two married couples and four other adults or near adults, we needed space to congregate and private spaces for everyone, this house delivered. The game room downstairs was well equipped, there was the downstairs living area and the upstairs living area plus all the rooms that gave everyone the space they needed to zone out with a movie, read a book, run a puzzle, and cook without ever feeling isolated or necessarily directly in someone's space. The upstairs fireplace situation was very cozy, and the furniture matched the space. Added bonus, wildlife was regularly in the yard, with elk, deer, and a flock of wild turkeys making regular appearances. Our hosts prepped the space for our Christmas stay and we really enjoyed the festive atmosphere they created for us. I'm thankful for our hosts and we very much enjoyed our time. Would absolutely book another Christmas time stay at this house.

Unbelievable

Loved the house! It was perfect for our family. The landlords thought of everything. The recreation room was a huge hit with the kids and gave the adults time for conversation. Amazing place amazing owners can’t wait to come back.

Family Wedding Weekend

Everything about the rental was wonderful. Enjoyed all the space. The young adults hung out downstairs. It was great that they had their own space. Everything was fully stocked....from cups and plates to cleaning supplies to condiments! Great location! We had an incredible time!

Good time by all

Location, Location.... We enjoyed our stay! Nice gas firepit on the patio for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Kitchen was fully stocked as were bathrooms. Beautiful stream across the street that our grandbaby learned to throw rocks!

Perfect Home

This home was just perfect for our family! It has everything you could need for your vacation. We go to Estes Park just about every summer and we could not have found a better location and home for our stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the toys for the kids to all the sleepy areas to the location to town to the passes for the rollercoaster.....this was a perfect place! Just cannot say enough!

We were in Estes Park for a golf tournament and a long overdue family time. The house and property were Beautiful and accommodations was everything you would need and more. The house was spacious and clean. Very nice! The owners were very responsive when we had questions, always replied quickly. We will Definitely contact Liz when we are in need of a place to stay in Estes Park. It was a Wonderful stay!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better setup and location. The owners thought of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out with 5 adults and 5 kids. We saw elk, wild turkeys and tons of chipmunks. We'll definitely be back!

Everything we needed and more!

We had a small family reunion at this home and it was the perfect set up - given the wide range of ages of guests who were staying with us, as well as few guests coming and going at different times. It allowed plenty of opportunities to gather as a group, while also allowing enough space for guests to decompress and have downtime. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities and our communication with the owners were great. There was a slight issue with the refrigerator, but after a quick call they were immediately on it and it was taken care of the next day. Would highly recommend to anyone!
