National seashore escape awaits, fully renovated this year, 3BR-2Bath+Outdoor Shower, laundry, new AC/Heat, chefs kitchen, fire pit, and acres of privacy. 3 bedrooms fitted with new luxury beds: 2 kings, 1 queen, and bunk beds, sleeps up to 8 guests. Location! Location! Location! Walk to Gull Pond, short drive to Newcomb Hollow, other beaches, kettle ponds, and town. During the 2025 season, we are booking Sunday to Sunday reservations only.

This property was out-of-this-world phenomenal! Very private, tons of land, yet close to Gull Pond, the ocean, and the center of Wellfleet. The owners were truly lovely. I cannot say enough great things about this modernized yet still very charming rental!

Super nice house and great location

We stay in Wellfleet every year for a week and we have seen many properties. This one is among the best in terms of amenities, location, and comfort. It appears to have been recently renovated in every way. In addition, the owners are very responsive communicators and clearly want to make sure you have a great stay.Bring your bikes - this place is a quick ride to town, Gull Pond, Long Pond, and Newcomb Hollow beach!

This property is well situated and affords complete privacy.. The home is also well appointed, clean, comfortable and extremely liveable accomodating families with its screened in porch, open living area, and patio with grill and two hammocks and outdoor shower and WiFi access.The host offered generous and detailed answers to any questions . House is walking distance to Gull Pond and through nearby trails to other kettle ponds in the NationalPark. A fine place in an exquisite area.

Quiet Retreat & Responsive Hosts

Great location for a quiet escape to the Cape. The hosts left us with an informative welcome guide with food and activity recommendations (we even used one of their recommendations to walk the Dune Shack Trail a short drive away where we saw some whales!). Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to stay the entire weekend, but Michael was extremely responsive and eager to help where they could. You can tell a lot of effort went into setting this property up.

Peaceful and relaxing

The property was just as depicted in the listing, and more. Very well equipped and comfortable. The mini split AC and dehumidifier kept us very comfortable yet it was very peaceful and quiet. We liked the variety of family-sized rooms for dining and just relaxing. Water filtration was a pleasant surprise and the king beds were very comfortable. Everything is new. The location is great for Newcomb Hollow beach; about 3 minutes away.

Stay at Gull Pond over the Fourth of July

I rented this house with my cousins for our annual cousin reunion and it was great. It was extremely clean, secluded, peaceful, and we had a great time. The only thing that’s a little misleading is that the pictures in the listing make the house look more spacious than it actually is. Other than that everything was great except since it’s basically in the woods it gets very buggy if you leave doors open/are coming in and out from the backyard often. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this house to those looking for a peaceful getaway.

Serene and welcoming

Our stay in this lovely cottage in the best location was great! Even when there was a little rainy spell, we had a great time.Everyone loved the quiet, wooded location with no highway noise, safe walking conditions, closeness to Gull Pond and Newcomb hollow beach ( with the easy carry to the beach). The covered, screened in porch was very enjoyed for meals in the evening. There were all the amenities needed for a fun family gathering, including many places to sit for a meal or movie night. The furniture was comfortable and welcoming , the beds supportive and comfy, the showers nice with great water pressure, and the laundry shed was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts.

Wellfleet became our escape when one summer, family invited us rent an AirBnb with them. It's one of the only places we returned to year after year. In 2022, we found this home and fell in love with it. We gut renovated it thoughtfully, and artistically, with love, care, and sweat, and we are delighted to be able to invite you to stay and experience for yourself. From the minute you drive onto the property you sense how special it is. There is a calmness as you step back to a simpler time.

We love how Wellfleet is so peaceful, and natural, but also has shopping, amazing art galleries, and terrific restaurants . We love the kettle ponds - so perfect for little kids. The beach is breathtaking. Bike trails, and running routes are awesome. 15 minute drive to Provincetown if you want shopping and a little more hutsle bustle.

Inside, we went the extra mile to make it awesome. The stylish kitchen has a SMEG fridge, BigChill oven, and an induction range. Mitsubishi Mini-split AC units in every room and new insulation make the home so comfortable. Blackout high-end shades, luxury beds, and quiet surroundings are sure to keep you dreaming. Stylish new bathroom with a walk in shower on the second floor, is convenient and relaxing. First floor has a full bathroom, with bathtub, perfect for a quick rinse or for a kids bath after a day of soaking in the kettle ponds or beach.
