MAYAN PALACE NUEVO VALLARTA 1 BEDROOM SUITE AGOLF AND FAMILY RESORT PARADISE

This Mayan Palace Junior suite has one bedroom with king bed, living room with two sleeper sofas with a TV in each room, and full bathroom. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, stove top, (no oven) coffee pot, blender, and toaster with a complete set of pots, utensils, and tableware. Daily maid service is included.
THIS IS A HIGHLY SECURE RESORT. Security is widespread with entrance and exit rigidly controlled.
Vidanta is a membership only resort. One can only play on the three golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and enjoy all the considerable venues and restaurants. Mayan Palace is one of five hotels on the property. It is reasonably priced considering what is available in the enormous resort. Complementary shuttle between all areas is available at the Mayan lobby. Joggers may love the marathon of roads and trails, but the rest of us love the shuttles.
Check in is 5PM. Check out is 10 AM. Check in is only on Friday through Monday. And is available only for a full week. OUR MEMBERSHIP EXCLUDES USE ON CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS HOLY WEEK AND EASTER WEEK.
This is a cashless resort. Everything will be charged to your room and paid all at once on checkout. A daily federal hotel tax (about $7 US) is added on checkout. Each person wears a provided bracelet showing you are a member or guest. We always pay with a no foreign transaction fee credit card in Mexican pesos (MXN).
This resort is so large that we recommend you download the app “Vidanta Resorts” to get an idea of the full scope of the area. On check in you will be offered a free buffet breakfast. It is entirely optional but we find that is a great way to ask and receive answers to questions you have after checking the app. You will be given a no-obligation talk about the resort. For attending the breakfast, you will be given 10% discounts on purchases at restaurants, tours, and such offered by the resort.
From the airport there is a shuttle you can order it a week ahead of time by calling Vidanta at 1-800-292-9446. Cost is about $11 US/pp. We like the security of having a shuttle that is only going directly to Nuevo Vallarta. A return shuttle to the airport can be ordered and paid for a few days before you leave.
Vidanta’s cancellation policy is 30 days in advance for full refund minus $50 No refund after 30 days prior to check in.
Vidanta has 4 other beach resorts for members. They are all a bit different and all are secure. We are familiar with the Riviera Maya resort south of Cancun and the Puerto Vallarta Marina site. If you have any interest in these other resorts, contact us. But the Nuevo site is the premier resort and unique in all of Mexico.
You can visit as many of the 40+ fabulous restaurants as you can or cook in the kitchen for any or all the meals. You can get a taxi to Walmart and return with as much as you want for your personal consumption. For persons with multiple food sensitivities or allergies like me, the kitchen is literally a life saver. I appreciate the 24/7 physician service. There is a small grocery on site that I go to especially for the first night and for staples that you might need. For example, they have dairy-free items that I need.
