Walking distance to trailheads for Rim Trail, Castle Rock, & many other amazing hikes. 4.5 miles to casino & nightlife, 3.5 miles to Heavenly Stagecoach Lodge. Open concept with plenty of space for indoor & outdoor entertaining.

Bedroom 1: lower level of home, queen bed, attached bathroom | Bedroom 2: queen bed, two French doors to balcony | Bedroom 3: Full bunks | Bedroom 4: Twin bunks, slider to balcony.

BACKYARD
Hot tub, BBQ, café lights, corn hole, sleds.

UPPER DECK
Perfect for catching gorgeous sunsets over the Sierra Nevada mountains.
