Walk just steps to the beach via a dedicated boardwalk or soak up the sun in three shared lagoon style pools. Enjoy other amenities during your stay, including indoor ping pong, sand or water volleyball, and horseshoes. Interior highlights include an in-unit washer/dryer, a new kitchen, and a magnificent master en-suite. Just a 9 minute drive north or south you will find convenient amenities and discerning dining options in Port Aransas or Corpus Christi. Mustang Island State Park is just 3.8 miles away.

Soak in the morning view via massive oceanfront windows or lounge in the love seat at night binge watching your favorite shows from a Roku 55” cable television. Along with a set of bunk beds, is a queen sleeper sofa if you would prefer.

All of your culinary needs will be met in this gorgeously remodeled kitchen that has been expertly outfitted with a full suite of slate stainless steel appliances against grey cabinets. Primary En-suite

This second floor condo sleeps up to four guests between the king bed in the master, built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed, or queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The master suite includes a private lavatory and vanity with an en-suite walk-in shower in the master bedroom. At night, enjoy your favorite shows from a 40” cable TV.
