Lovely Belltown Suite w/ Free Parking, Pike Place!

Welcome to my 1 bedroom Belltown suite that features beautiful Puget Sound & mountain views! Perfect for travelers, couples, and even those who are in the city for business!

Building also has lots of amenities that you can use such as Fitness Center, Pool, Spa, and a roof deck for enjoying sunset!

Note: The person making the reservation must be 20 years old or older.

The space
This unit is located in the heart of Belltown where you can find packs of bars and restaurants as well as shops, cafes, and outdoor art exhibits. Easy access to Pike Place, restaurants, Seattle Center, Waterfront Parks, Amazon Go and multiple bus lines!

There's a small balcony overlooking to the beautiful Puget Sound! The living room is setup to relax after a long day of sightseeing or working and it has a workspace with a desk and chair.

The kitchen and dining that is fully equipped with everything you need to make and enjoy your favorite meal. We also have keurig and capsules provided for the stay.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed. There's one day bed style twin size bed with a twin size trundle bed in the living room suited for kids or young adults

Guest will be provided with full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

This unit also includes ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi and 50" TV that is available during your stay!

Parking is available in our unreserved parking garage. We will provide with a parking pass for you to park one car in the garage.

*Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available for a cost of 20-30 dollars day in a secured underground parking garage within 7 minutes walk at Republic Parking, 9 Wall St. There are also a lot of parking lots and garage nearby, aside from this.

*There is no air conditioning provided in this unit.

Canceled our entire stay hours before we were supposed to arrive leaving us scrambling for accommodations during a fully booked time because of events in town.

Nice but ...

Location and accomodations were nice. However, check in and out we're extremely inconvenient. There is not an easy way to get a key for entrance. We had to drive several miles to very poor instructions to drop off the key. Luckily, we were driving. Someone without transportation would have not been able to navigate this at all!

The unit was not as pictured-at one point it may have looked this lovely, but no more. needs new furniture , carpet and paint. You cant smell a picture, but use your imagination.left and returned the keys immediately. VRBO did give us a full refund.

Great place, great location!

This place is exactly as promised! The owner is very helpful and responsive. Because of our late arrival time (10pm), we had to pick up the keys away from the condo, which was only 10 min away by taxi but could have been an issue with public transportation at that time of the day, with kids and big luggage... Other than that this place was perfect for our family of four (including a 10 and a 6 year old). A 5-star place to visit Seattle!!

Very Nice

The property is very nice - as described. Private room/suite would’ve been way more expensive in a hotel. There is a gym and a pool. The kitchen enabled us to shop and not have to eat out/ order in every day which also definitely saved money. Washer/ dryer meant I could leave with clean clothes and not have to do a bunch of laundry upon return. Good location - close to the places we wanted to visit / like the fish market. Owner is very responsive. Check in worked with us. Very happy with stay.

Disappointing

When looking for a place to stay and writing subsequent reviews, I look at four categories: Cost, Comfort, Cleanliness, and Convenience. This particular unit, while basically clean and in a convenient location, rated poorly otherwise. The unit could do with a deeper cleaning than provided in a general post check-out cleaning (there were mold stain in the shower, grime/mold around the jamb of the windows, and stains on the carpet and furniture. The admin for the condo should also compose & double check instructions on check-out and general use of the condo (I had to ask about the check out procedure). The day bed/couch was broken, the bathroom sink was clogged, there was no slip mat in the shower, there was only one washcloth left for 2 people to use for 3 days, there was no dresser and no luggage rack so we had to live out of our suitcases and leave them on the floor (there was a rack in the closet, but it was full of linens--but no washcloths). The place was generally a bit shabby & also had a strange smell that left me with a head ache. The final frustration was having to go 30 minutes out of our way to return the key and fob to a key locker on Capital Hill (woe to those who do not know their way around Seattle). The cost initially seemed good, but given the short comings, I don't think it was worth it.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Seattle. The location is great for walking anywhere. Pikes the Space Needle. Restaurants nearby. The apartment was nice and clean and liked the security of the building. The onsite garage is nice too. Michael is great with communicationWould stay here again.
