Our two-story home, with its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, is the perfect retreat, offering a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm amid a serene ponderosa pine forest. The proximity to downtown Pagosa Springs, including the Pagosa Hot Springs, and the convenience of being only 30 minutes from the slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area make it the ideal location for your Colorado vacation. After a long day of skiing or boarding, the hot springs are an excellent way to relax and unwind!

The open-concept layout with a bright and airy kitchen, dining room, and living room provides a welcoming atmosphere for entertaining and gathering to enjoy each other’s company. The gas fireplace is perfect for cozying up and relaxing after a day of adventures.

The expansive back deck offers a peaceful outdoor space to soak in the natural beauty and the local wildlife. Our home sits on 10 acres of solitude and privacy, creating a tranquil environment to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is also a wonderful space for your pets to run and play.

Main Bedroom - King Bed (Main Level) Featuring an Ensuite Bath
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level)
3rd Bedroom - King Bed (Lower Level)

Our primary bedroom, with a king-sized bed and full ensuite bath, ensures a comfortable and restful stay. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, and the third bedroom on the lower level has a king bed. There is also a second living room on the ground level with a TV.

The covered carport is perfect for those snowy days when you want to rush out for your adventures and not spend time cleaning off your vehicles!

Our home provides a delightful haven for those seeking the perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor adventures in the picturesque surroundings of Pagosa Springs.

NOTE: 4x4/AWD required (Thanksgiving - April).

This home is dog-friendly, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. The pet fee is $40 per day and a maximum of $250 per stay.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
