Bright 2-Bedroom Apartment
Welcome to our cozy winter retreat in the heart of Burlington. Enjoy the warmth and comfort of our entirely private 2 bedroom apartment, featuring board games and video games and a cozy collection of books. Sink into quality beds and whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen
A perfect launch pad for exploration, our house is at the mid point of Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ontario Wine Country and Hamilton. Dive into the charms of delightful Burlington, or easily venture off to nearby destinations

- 2 bedrooms: Queen suite, and two twin beds.
- We have a crib and an extra bed in storage for guest convenience. Let us know if you need them. Our cleaners charge a fee of $25 and $30 to set it up

- Dedicated workspace equipped with a computer.
- Gaming options with Xbox One and Nintendo Switch 2, featuring a large game library.
- Well-stocked coffee and tea station for your enjoyment.

You`ll enjoy completely private access to the entire lower floor apartment, back patio and all areas shown in the photos.
Our apartment has its own private driveway, yard and private entrance at the side of the house. This ensures complete privacy for you during your stay. While we typically stay upstairs when hosting, occasionally, we also welcome guests upstairs when we`re away. We are quiet people and have house rules of quiet hours from 9pm-8am. If we are away during your stay, we always inform the guests who stay in the upstairs of the house of the quiet hour times, although we cannot guarantee that the rules will always be followed while we are not there.
Additionally, you’ll have full access to the laundry room, which is the only shared space, located in a common area of the basement. The laundry room is accesses without needing to enter the basement apartment.
You have full privacy when using the apartment. No one will be there but you. You won’t see me unless you need me. You will be able to access the house yourself via a smart lock. I am available anytime by the airbnb app
As a licensing requirement of the local government, guests are required to provide the following information prior to their arrival:
-Full name
-Phone number
-Home address
-Agree to code of conduct (house and neighbourhood rules)
House Rules:
1. No parties or large gatherings
2. Please remove your shoes
3. No smoking inside
4. No pets
5. No loud noise or music after 9pm
6. Local government regulations require that guest`s provide their home address and agree to the house and neighbourhood rules prior to arrival.
Failing to agree to or follow the house rules can result in your reservation being cancelled without refund.
SNOW AND ICE:
Our cleaners shovel as part of the preparations for your arrival.
In case of snowfall or ice during your stay, we do not provide snow removal service
-A shovel is outside by the door for your convenience.
-If the walkway gets slippery, we have sand and a scoop in a bin by the door.
-By booking, you understand that you will need to manage snow and ice during your stay. We assume no liability for slips and falls,
1. Quiet hours 9pm - 8am. No loud noise or music after 9 pm
2. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
3. No parties or events. No unauthorized visitors
4. Please remove your shoes inside house
5. No smoking.
6. No pets
7. No using the laundry machines during quiet hours
8. As part of the City of Burlington licence regulations, guests are required to provide their home address and acknowledge receipt of the `Renter`s Code` prior to check in
9. Guest`s must acknowledge that they have read and agree to comply with all of the house rules prior to check in, or their reservation may be cancelled.
