The updated workspace studio condo is located in Silver Creek Resort on the second floor, which is also the beginning floor of the guest rooms. No long elevator rides!

This place is perfect for couples, but we offer space for three guests. Full disclosure: the futon is NOT very comfortable, but it will accommodate a third guest :)

Portable AC & Heat unit included.

You will receive keycard access to a sauna, hot tubs, and heated indoor/outdoor pool.

Snowshoe is home to four seasons of fun. We welcome short and long-term renters.

* The gym is closed for renovations. Garage door install at pool side (start 9/9/25 the outdoor pool is closed) & slope roof replacement (start 9/22/25). Some exterior doors will be closed, noise 9AM–8PM daily, end date TBD. Guests will need to use the loading dock entrance. Wing 1 (we are located in this wing) exterior doors will be for emergencies only. Roll off dumpsters are for contractors only.The indoor pool is in the process of getting a new heating regulator. The HOA is working on this now but unsure when it will be replaced. Pool is still operational, however, it is on the cooler side.*

✔︎ The Locker Room, where you can eat, drink, watch sports, play games, and enjoy live music during certain nights. Summer months business hours may be limited.
✔︎ The Bear’s Den offers lunch and dinner (wood-fired oven pizzas, burgers, and more) and is only open during ski season. With arcade games, pool tables, a Gyro Extreme, Aero Board, axe throwing, grab-and-go food, and adult beverages, there`s something for every family member at The Bear`s Den (for additional fees).

★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★

✔︎ Please check Snowshoe`s website for hours, openings, closures, and restrictions. Please note different slopes open/close at different times/days/months.
✔︎ Many nationalities work at the resort; therefore, there may be a language barrier. Please be patient with them.
✔︎ The resort only allows owners to have pets, therefore there is a possibility you will encounter the owners with their pets. We like to be transparent and want guests to know beforehand what to expect before your arrival.
✔︎ Service is very spotty on the mountain. Snowshoe WiFi is free throughout the mountain but can also be spotty.

★ If you`re visiting in the Winter months, please be prepared ★

✔︎ 4WD or AWD is highly recommended
✔︎ Chains or cables are strongly advised for 2WD vehicles during snow or ice

You will also be a short stroll away from The Village and Top of the World dining options.
