***Every spring and fall, the manor and its units may welcome a few ladybugs, which you might encounter during your stay. We want to reassure you that they pose no danger, and the situation is temporary. All necessary measures are taken to ensure their removal indoors, but we cannot control nature any further.

A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. This amount is $750. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement. Rules for Dog Friendly

We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization.

๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.

๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.

๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized

๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.

๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbors.

๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.

๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)
