This condo offers a comfortable, calming place to step away from the noise of everyday life and settle into a slower coastal rhythm. With ocean views, an easy-to-enjoy layout, and a location that’s walkable yet relaxed, it’s a space designed for rest, reflection, and unhurried days. Whether you’re here to reset, reconnect, or simply enjoy the sound of the waves, this is a place where relaxation comes naturally. Now let’s dive into the details…



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The private bedroom features a comfy new king bed with a 12-inch plush mattress and duvet, a smart TV with cable, dresser and closet. Linens are provided.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room providing accommodations for up to four people. Please note the bedroom does not have a door and opens directly to the hallway that connects to the living room and kitchen.

For those traveling with a group, I also manage five other condos in this resort - I’d love to host you all!



LIVING ROOM

The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, armchair, dining table with seating for four, and a 55-inch smart TV with cable. It has an open-concept living space combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room with floor-to-ceiling ocean views. It’s bright, comfortable, and ideal for reading, relaxing, enjoying meals, or working remotely with an inspiring backdrop.



KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking and includes shaker cabinets, Quartz countertops, a refrigerator and freezer (no ice maker), stove, dishwasher, microwave, a drip/Keurig combo coffee maker with bowl filters provided, toaster, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, quality pots and pans, dishes, and a spacious peninsula with bar stools. There are several empty cabinets guests can use to store food and items from home keeping the space clutter free. A starter supply of trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, and dish towels is provided.



BATHROOM

The bathroom features a new double-sink vanity with Quartz countertop, tub and shower combination, commode, towels, hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries including soap, shampoo, and toilet tissue.



BALCONY

The oceanfront balcony is furnished with two comfortable chairs and a small table. Enjoy energizing sunrise views, ocean breezes, the sound of waves, and frequent dolphin sightings. Because this is an end unit, you also get vibrant sunset colors from the southwest.



RESORT AMENITIES

Meridian Plaza offers indoor and outdoor heated pools, relaxing spas, a sun deck with new outdoor furnishings, and a spacious oceanfront lawn with tables, chairs, umbrellas, palm trees, dunes, and wide-open Atlantic views. Additional amenities include a multi-level parking garage, secure 24-hour building access, elevators, onsite laundry facilities, and a seasonal Beach Market for refreshments, souvenirs, and beach essentials.

We provide two beach chairs guests are welcome to use.



PARKING

Complimentary parking for one vehicle is provided in the parking garage directly across the street. Clearance is 6’11”. There is limited parking for oversized vehicles; however, feel free to reach out to discuss alternative options if this is a concern. Motorcycles are welcome.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the condo, balcony, all resort amenities, the oceanfront lawn, elevators, and sundecks. The condo uses keyless entry. Access codes are provided on arrival day once the condo has been cleaned and inspected. Main resort entrances are step-free, although interior hallways and bathrooms may not be wheelchair accessible.



The Neighborhood:

Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in the heart of Myrtle Beach. There is so much to do — and eat — within walking distance. Starbucks, Hot Tomatoes, SOHO, Tin Roof, Donald’s, Harry’s, Sea Captain’s House, bagel and ice cream shops and more are all just a few blocks away. The Convention Center, Boardwalk and SkyWheel (CCMF) are also within walking distance. We are about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and two Tanger Outlet Malls.



Getting Around:

This area is ideal for guests who love exploring on foot. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and popular attractions like the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Sky Wheel, Convention Center and CCMF within walking distance of the resort. Uber, Lyft, and E-bikes are widely available throughout Myrtle Beach. If you choose to bring a car, complimentary parking for one vehicle is provided.



Other Things to Note:

While there’s no washer or dryer in the condo, the resort offers a convenient pay-per-use laundromat next to the indoor pool. Machines accept coins or app payments.



The City of Myrtle Beach is currently completing a stormwater improvement project designed to better filter and reroute runoff away from the beach. The work is taking place in front of the neighboring resort (not on Meridian Plaza property) and is expected to continue into early 2026.



While this is a positive, long-term improvement for Myrtle Beach, guests may occasionally notice daytime construction activity or noise, primarily on weekdays. That said, guests have not reported this as disruptive, which you’ll see reflected in our reviews.
