One house boasts an engaging game loft, complete with a ping pong table, nine 3/4 arcade machines, three digital pinball machines, and a variety of board games and for movie nights a massive 100-inch projection screen that conveniently retracts above the cozy living room fireplace. The smaller cabin sits closer to the lake for those that want a separate space and comes with its own kitchen as well.

In the Summer - Power boats are allowed on Lake Massasecum and it is also the perfect place for canoes, kayaks, great fishing and bird watching! Mount Kearsarge and Mount Sunapee are also nearby with great hiking trails for all ages!

In the Winter - There are two skiing locations nearby with Mount Sunapee only a 15 minute drive away, and Pats Peake only 10 minutes away. Snowmobiling, Ice Fishing, and Cross County Skiing are allowed on the lake. *As always, it’s very important to test the ice thickness for safety.

Lake Massasecum is located in Bradford, NH and is just south of the Lake Sunapee region.

Disclosure - Dock is required to be removed from the water by the NH Department of Environmental Services in the Winter months and therefore will not be in the water from Labor Day until Memorial Day.
