If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this product on a single estate with private swimming pools is the perfect choice for you. Situated on a spacious property, there are two ground floor, self standing houses with a total of three bedrooms accommodating six people.
The first, larger house with an area of 80 square meters comprises two bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom. It is equipped with 2 air conditioning units.
The second, smaller house of an area of 50 square meters contains an additional bedroom, a living room, bathroom and is equipped with 1 air conditioning unit.
This intriguing layout offers multiple accommodation options for couples and families seeking quality holiday time.
The kitchen is fully equipped: stove with 4 cooking rings, 3 gas and 1 electric, refrigerator with freezing section, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, air extractor, toaster, coffee machine, water cooker, cookware and tableware.
Both living rooms feature a TV and comfortable sitting sofa.
All three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and wardrobes for clothing storage.
Bathroom in each house has shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, and washing machine.
Outside area covers 2500 square meters of fenced private property with free parking .
Between the two houses, there is a swimming pool of 24 square meters and outside shower. The property also includes a large garden with shade-providing trees, allowing you to peacefully enjoy your vacation surrounded by nature.
