This is a very new, very clean apartment! Six adults stayed here and we had plenty of room. We had 3 vehicles; driveway parking was provided for 2 and we parked the 3rd on the street without incident. We all agree we'd definitely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful new property. Lynn was fabulous to work with. We had to change our guest list and it was not a problem. Grandkids loved that there was a park two doors down. We definitely we come back again. Love your city

Santa Rampage Bike Ride Weekend

We wanted to stay close to the Santa Rampage Bike Ride finish line and this was a great spot! Right off of Brady Street so we could walk to the event as well as restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, cozy and well appointed. Check in was a breeze and we loved being able to park off the street. We will definitely be back to this location next bike ride.

This is a very nice property in a trendy area. Plenty of space, very tastefully done. Pre-stocked with essentials including coffee, creamer, sugar, even flavored coffee syrups. Not the usual sugar & powdered creamer packets. Manager was easily accessible through messaging and promptly addressed any questions. I highly recommend this property

Wonderful Stay in a Clean and Well-Maintained Property

We had a fantastic stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and welcoming environment from the moment we arrived. The communication from the manager was excellent—prompt and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. The only thing to note is that the driveway is a bit snug, which might be a consideration if you have a larger vehicle. That said, we were able to fit our larger SUV just fine, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thanks for a great experience! PS - Don’t forget to check out Jamo’s across the street (Cash only)!
