Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
*Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
*Plan to arrive by 8:00 p.m. during active snowfall to reduce the likelihood of encountering unplowed roads.
*Do not use Uber or Lyft to travel to this property. Rideshare vehicles may not meet winter traction requirements and may be unable to reach the home or return for pickup.
*The home can accommodate a maximum of three vehicles in winter, which must be parked directly in front of the property.

The home can accommodate a maximum of three vehicles in winter.
All vehicles must be parked directly in front of the property. Parking elsewhere along the road or in neighboring areas is not permitted.
Winter snowfall may affect road conditions, parking access, and available space. Guests must follow all instructions from Cottonwood Lodging and snow removal providers.

Renovations
The home’s interior was fully remodeled in 2022, creating a more modern and comfortable mountain retreat.
The basement expansion was completed in 2026 and added two bedrooms, a full bathroom with sauna, and a separate entertainment area.
