Welcome to Holmes Beach! Where the sand is white, the water is blue, and the island is laid-back. The busy life can be left behind. “Gulf Breeze” is part of a small boutique condo community located only steps to the sugary white sand.
It is only a block to Publix, and other convenient shops, and wonderful award winning restaurants. There is a pool, grill area, and shuffleboard court for your entertainment.
Feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. Gulf Breeze has all the amenities of home. The condo was completely updated from the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the bathrooms; with beautiful tile floors, quartz countertops, to the soothing painted walls. Furnished with coastal decor you will really be living the island life.
Complete your island experience with beach essentials found in the convenient storage area. There you will find: beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and of course sand toys for the kids.

We can't rave enough about our stay. Our host was so accommodating, let us check in early and stay late. The place was immaculate and had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay enjoyable, beach chairs, noodles, even great books. Location was perfect, a bit of traffic since it's on a main road, dont hear any of it once inside. Worth the traffic since its ony a 1 minute walk across the street to gorgeous Manatee beach. We will definitely be comi g back here abd would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

We loved this condo! It was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything you could think of. The location was fantastic with beautiful Manatee beach just a street away, and walkable to Skinny’s for delicious burgers. (And food/ bathrooms available at the beach as well)The pool was super clean and the perfect temperature. The carport was so nice to keep our vehicle cool during the intense summer heat. Plenty of beach gear and bikes! Tom was a superior host and responded to anything within minutes, great to deal with!!! Property was well taken care of and we would love to stay there again.

We love AMI

Property was recently remodeled and was very nice with beachy feel. Very convenient location next to Manatee Beach. Be aware the property is not on the beach side of Gulf Drive. VRBO location is misleading.

June 2025 Anna Maria Island Family Vacation

We booked this condominium for our first trip to AMI based upon the photos and the description that the property wasn’t impacted by the 2024 hurricanes. The photos definitely did the place justice. It was perfect for my wife and myself along with our 9 and 12 year old. The owner was very helpful and responsive whenever I needed to contact them. There was one disappointment with the pool being out of commission due to a broken pump, as that was a big factor when choosing a place to stay for with our kids. However, Tom reached out to let us know, kept us updated and did what he could to make things right, despite the problem being out of his control. The location is great with the beach being probably less than 500 feet away. There’s a great hole in the wall burger spot called Skinny’s that you can walk to for a quick bite. There’s a surf shop within walking distance along with a grocery store, pharmacy, a store that sells beach supplies and a liquor store that are super close too. We are already talking about returning to AMI next year and if we don’t bring a bigger crew, my wife and I definitely plan to stay here again.
The pool was fixed and we got to use it by the end of the trip.

Great little place in an excellent location.

This is a nice property with a fantastic location on Anna Maria Island. The host communicated well, the property was clean and very well appointed with just about everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay again!

Cayman Cay Condo

We enjoyed our week in this conveniently located & well stocked condo. It was nice to be so close to the ocean. We used the beach chairs located in outside storage shed. My son used the bike a few times also. We sat by pool when not at the ocean always finding open chairs. I enjoyed my coffee on the screened in porch in the morning. Host gave clear and easy check in communication.

Family beach vacation

We had four adults and two kids with us for this stay and it worked great. Our littlest really enjoyed the pool (as did all of us!) and since the apartment is just across the street from Holmes Beach we walked over there in the afternoons. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need and the hosts even bought extra towels for us just in case we needed them. We would definitely go back again and recommend it to anyone.

Excellent property for AMI!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. Looked just like the pictures. Very clean and so close tp the beach. Had everything we needed a great trip to the beach for a week! Property owner did a fantastic job with all the communication as well. Might stay here again on our next trip to AMI!

Great Beach Property

This was a great place for a family trip. We have two boys and the close proximity to the beach and the onsite pool were perfect. It was a quiet property that was close to everything you need. They had everything we needed for the beach. We would stay here again.
