Excellent property

Beautiful, clean and very quiet. This was our second time renting this condo and sure it will not be our last. Host is very nice and efficient.

Midwest Girls Go To The Beach

This is an amazing property! It was a perfect fit for a girls' trip with my daughter and teenage granddaughter. We so enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach, and the property is ideally situated for exploring the area and dining experiences. Our host, Meghan, was wonderful to us!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This is a beautiful home and stocked with anything you could need. The communications I had were excellent. We will definitely book this house again!

Wonderful stay!

This place is a gem, the condo is well set up, very clean, and comfortable with great living space including 2 screen porches and a deck. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could want when deciding to eat in, and little extra touches likes some snacks and tea. Location was wonderful with short walk to the beach and pond views. Megan was very helpful and easy to communicate with, very responsive. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to coming back!

New favorite spot

We have been coming to Litchfield-by-the-sea for thirty years and have stayed at many different condos within the community. We have now found our new favorite spot. Everything was just perfect. Very roomy. Very clean. Well equipped. Great location. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Fabulous Pawleys Island Getaway

This beautiful Litchfield by the Sea home was hard to leave! The townhouse is so comfortable and beautifully furnished. The three decks provided relaxing views of sunrises as well as sunsets, perfect to relax after busy fun days. Looking forward to returning there for our next Pawleys Island getaway! (Also, the host was so friendly and responsive to any questions we had!) Thank You!!!!

This place was amazing and I will definitely be back, the leasing agent assisted me with my bags since I was on a motorcycle. Bike to door service. I did suggest that they invest on a golf cart for travelers that may be on a motorcycle since they are not allowed on property! Overall this place was absolutely beautiful and Thank You for making me feel right at home!
