Your host, Pornnacha (Pim) Opas, first came to Pattaya some 20 years ago where she and her husband established a successful boat building business. They sold the business in 2021 and Pim set about following her passions, which are travelling, gardening and charity work. She had for some time had the idea of building a small family orientated resort and now had the opportunity. Her extensive travel experience in many different countries molded her ideas on the style of accommodation she wanted to build, with her passion for gardening at the forefront. Thus she designed Baan Nern Khao Resort with a large central garden and the accommodation nestled around the gardens. She was also fully aware of the limitations of traditional hotels when catering for families, so decided that fully equipped homes would form the accommodation. Pim designed every aspect of the resort herself and supervised the building.
Thus Baan Nern Khao Resort Pattaya opened in April of 2022 as a small family run resort of 7 delightfully self-contained one and two bedroom free standing homes nestled in a tropical parkland setting. Extensive lawn areas and gardens with mature trees create a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The numerous trees provide shaded areas in which outdoor relaxing facilities and pool are located. Homes in the village are available for both short term stays and long term holiday and vacation rental. The village consists of 3 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom homes each of which is fully self-contained, fully furnished and equipped including under cover car parking.
The Village has an onsite office and staff are available on site 24 hours daily. The resort has 24 hour security and is equipped with CCTV cameras. Maid and housekeeping services are available for long term stays if required. The location is ideal for those seeking very comfortable accommodation in a quiet secluded parkland garden setting close to major amenities and attractions.
