Experience renovated comfort in our inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean view villa, perfectly situated within the expansive Myrtle Beach Resort. Spanning approximately 750 sq ft, this condo has been meticulously updated to provide a fresh and modern ambiance for your stay.



The heart of the home is the bright and airy living area, featuring comfortable seating and access to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes and a charming side ocean view.



The brand-new kitchen is a culinary delight, boasting sleek granite countertops, pristine new cabinetry, and all new stainless-steel appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It comes fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you'll need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area provides a comfortable space for family meals and conversation.



Bedroom Configuration:



Master Bedroom:

Features a comfortable Queen Bed and a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience.



Second Bedroom:

Equipped with 2 Single Beds, ideal for children or additional guests.



Living Room:

A double sofa bed provides additional sleeping capacity.

Important Note on Arrival:

Please be aware there is a $35.00 per week resort fee per vehicle, payable directly at the gate upon arrival. They only accept credit or debit cards; no cash is accepted at the gate. Please be prepared to pay this fee upon entry. During May-August, rentals are typically Saturday to Saturday only."
