Sun-drenched with floor to ceiling windows for panoramic views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay, the Studio PAD is ideal for up to 4 guests and includes a queen-sized murphy bed and two convertible adult-sized twin bunks. For those looking to power up while away, the bunk bed unit also converts to a sizable work desk. You’ll also find ample closet storage for long or short-term stays.
Enjoy a full kitchen with cookware and utensils, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, two burner cook top and garbage disposal. Dine on a great meal at the full-sized kitchen table or make a cup of coffee using the in-unit Nespresso coffee maker. You can also benefit from an in-unit washing machine and dryer. The smart floorplan maximizes functionality with clever design and also includes, WiFi, HDTV with casting, and laptop-sized safe. Guests can also get some fresh air or take in the sights from their own private balcony.
Weekly housekeeping is available.
Guests will be responsible for a mandatory $35 facility fee, which includes benefits designed to perk up your trip, including:
- Hi speed WiFi in all guest rooms and common areas
- Local and domestic long distance phone calls
