However, the address was provided in our correspondence through the secure HomeAway website. The complete address is always sent to the renter through the HomeAway site when the key code for the door is sent prior to check in. This information contains the street address, complex name, building number, unit number, along with city, state, and zip. We always ask the renter to reply to our correspondence to confirm receipt of the key code and address information. If you are experiencing difficulty locating the condo, please do not hesitate to call the cell phone number provided so that we may assist you in locating the unit quickly. As always we appreciate comments left by our guests. The lock system is guest friendly and comes with an email that contains operating instructions. When the guest was unable to operate the system, we returned their call within 5 minutes and spent time with them on the phone helping them get familiar with system. We strive hard to keep both of our condos extremely clean and have utilized the same cleaners for many years with very few problems. None of the cleanliness issues were brought to our attention until after checkout and most likely resulted from our submission of a claim against the damage protection insurance to have the rugs cleaned after the guest spilled red wine on the carpet. The guest did not incur any additional cost as the protection insurance covered the cost of the claim. We wish they had let us know they felt the condo was not up to their standards, as clearly we are available to our guests and responded quickly to their difficulty operating the doorlock. Had we known, we would have addressed those concerns immediately as well. We will continue to work hard to provide our guests with a first class vacation rental and feel our decade-long positive reviews and repeat customers speak for themselves.
