Beautiful oasis with epic sunrises over the mountains to drink coffee to. Located central to many hiking areas, which is always top of our list! Would absolutely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Merle's beautiful home. Merle is an outstanding host and was very quick to respond to our questions and requests.The house is extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our nearly 3 week stay. The beds were comfortable, kitchen supplies abundant and the view of the sunrise and light of the sunsets from the back porch was fabulous. The home is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood and located within 10 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants. This home will definitely be our go to place to stay when we return to visit family again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and up to date place,the use of the hot tub was a nice bonus.Check in and check out very easy. Nice backyard to sit with great view of mountains. Merle is a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable suburban stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Tucson. The home was perfect for our group visiting family for a graduation. The home was very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and flexible with checkin and made that process super easy. We enjoyed the backyard with desert views and loved the hot tub. If back in Tucson, we will for sure book this home again!

Oro Valley Delight

The house was amazing and located in the perfect area of where we wanted to be. The backyard view was beautiful. The home is nicely decorated with all the amenities needed for any type of stay. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every moment! The host was very nice to talk with and very accommodating. I would definitely come back again.

Merle was very attentive to our texts. We stayed a month and had no cleaning supplies and he got those over to us quickly. There was also an issue with an outside outlet and he provided an alternative. The house was clean and the backyard with view was lovely. I filled the hummer feeder and enjoyed their visits!The internet was pretty slow to unwatchable especially for tv steaming. Not a fan of the controlled thermostat and we needed him to turn it down. It was too hot for us (in January).

This property was good. Loved the fresh fruit trees. Comfortable. The only con was that I didn't realize you couldn't use the garage. Otherwise then that it was a great place.

Tucson Getaway House

The house was the cleanest vrbo we have stayed in and offered beautiful views of the Tucson Desert. A couple of nights we heard the coyotes in the back yard which was beautiful to hear along with seeing the frequent hummingbird visitors in the morning hours. Also when we first arrived, we saw a lady pulling a wagon with a giant dog inside (made us laugh). Very cute neighborhood!

Easter visit

Very nice home, exceptionally clean. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Easy check-in and easy communication with owner. The kitchen is well stocked, comfortable all around and hot tub is a splendid amenity! Fairly quick trip to the U of AZ to see our Wildcat.

Hot tub and view!

Merle saved us when our Thanksgiving Day plans were cancelled due to death in the family. We came in from MI to see our daughter at U of A. We needed a place to stay for an extra night and he accommodated us and even gave us an earlier check-in time the day before Thanksgiving. House has everything you need. The view in the backyard was great as was the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home that allows fur babies

We were very happy with the home and location to friends and family. Backyard was secure for our dogs and communication with the owner was great. Only negative was that there was less than a 1/4 roll of paper towels with no backup, only one extra toilet paper roll and one trash bag for 4 days. We ended up having to go shopping to buy these items but otherwise it was a great home and we would definitely stay again.
