Spacious (2100+ sq ft each level) duplex home located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Take a look at the map and see where this amazing property is located! You won't even need a car to get to the best local attractions. Located across the street from the public beach with an unobstructed view of the water. Enoy a great playground and public restrooms directly on the beach. Crossing to the beach is one block with dedicated stop lights for safe crossing. While soaking up this incredible atmosphere you can enjoy 10 restaurants including The Hangout, 3 souvenir shops, 2 ice cream stores, 2 liquor stores and a well-stocked Dollar General...ALL WITHIN 4 BLOCKS! The new Embassy Suites Hotel is located a few hundred feet away that has a gulf view balcony bar, live music, outdoor bigscreen TV and a heated pool(pool passes can be purchased from ResortPass). So many fun festivals and sporting events happening year round...RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!

This level can accommodate up to 10 guests. Very spacious 3BR/3BA with high ceilings, and free WiFi. Parking for 6 cars per side available. Outside shower, Weber BBQ grill and storage with an ice-maker located on ground level.

As you enter the spacious first bedroom, it will include a King-size bed, ROKU TV and en suite bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom includes a queen & bunk bed with a closet for storage. The hall bathroom(shower and tub) can be accessed from the second bedroom and hall (perfect for guests using the hallway built-in bunk beds).

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The bonus laundry room includes a full-sized washer & dryer, counter space and shelving. Wet bar with sink is next to the kitchen. Kuerig and coffee maker in kitchen.

Gather in the living room to watch the game on the large ROKU TV. YouTube TV service provided in each unit living room, with all streaming services available on your own personal account (NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc).

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with premium mattress for ultimate comfort & relaxation. This bedroom also has a ROKU TV. The master has an attached en suite bathroom with gorgeous tiled shower with 8 shower heads and separate jacuzzi tub. The double vanity is large with ample cabinetry for storage plus more space in the adjacent closet.

Great views of the beach and gulf from the private balcony accessible from the living room & master bedroom. E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees.

For guest security, we have installed a security camera at the unit entrance.

Excellent Location!!

Our stay was great. We loved being close to everything and walking distance to so much. The house was clean and had plenty of parking and room for everyone. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Excellent Weekend

One of the cleaniest properties we have stayed in. Convenient to several attaractions, resturants and bars.Quiet area, low traffic but walking distance to everyting we needed. 1 block off the beach. We will be back again!

First Beach Trip

This property was beautiful. Perfect distance from the beach but close enough to lots of restaurants and shopping. The host was phenomenal about responding to questions. Would absolutely come back! 10/10 recommend for anyone.

House was big and had everything we needed. Was a short walk to the beach. Can see the public access from patio! Within walking distance of the hangout and many other restaurants and ice cream shops! Its in a great location!

Perfect space! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious this unit was and all the amenities. The pictures really don't show how spacious this place is. I am not sure if it mentioned the bunk beds in the hallway. We didn't use them but nice extra bedding. It was across the street from the beach which was perfectly fine because we were traveling with 5 teenagers who wanted to be close to the Hangout and it is a block away. It is on the 3rd floor and stairs only just FYI. We would defintely stay here again.

Gulfshore stay

This is a great home to stay at very convenient location to stores minutes away from the Beach Home was really clean. It’s got plenty of room for 10 they have rooms with bunker beds if you have kids. A total of 3 rooms 3 bath good living room area with sofas great view of the beach. They have construction going, but for now you still have view of the beach the price and the location is great this is where I would come back next time hopefully in the next few months

Very minimal setup

House was nice, location was awesome. We loved how close we were to everything. The downside to it was that there was 1 roll of toilet paper to be shared between 9 people, we had to buy more, they want you to do dishes and the laundry but leave you with absolutely no soap. Internet in the upstairs is practically non-existent in the living room which is where everyone was hanging out. No garbage bags, we had to buy those. Absolutely zero basic essentials such as coffee, sugar. These things aren't big deal breakers. But when a cheap hotel provides all of these, it definitely changes my view of a house rental.

Clean and Well- Maintained

The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Caleb, the owner, was very responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to add an extra day to our reservation. The location was perfect, conveniently close to restaurants, the beach, and local shops. I’ve stayed at a few other places in the area, and this one was by far the best. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!
