Nuestra casa de 5 estrellas está ubicada en el corazón del viejo Louisville. Contamos con mucho espacio para hasta 12 invitados que NUNCA se quedará sin agua caliente. Así es, ¡tenemos un suministro interminable de agua caliente!

Nuestra casa ha sido completamente restaurada y cuenta con una impresionante superficie habitable de 2400 pies cuadrados con 2. 5 baños, 4 dormitorios, cocina grande con isla, internet, suite principal con bañera de hidromasaje, estufa de leña, cubierta de 2 niveles con mosquitero Porche, parrilla, gran patio trasero cercado que está aislado.

Además de nuestra casa principal, tenemos una cochera con capacidad para 6 adultos que podría estar disponible durante la duración de su estadía.

Beautiful house in a great historic and central neighborhood

Coury was attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The house itself was gorgeous and had a great backyard with grill and firepit that we enjoyed. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks Coury!

Beautiful home, perfect location.

Beautiful home with more than enough space for large groups. Kitchen and rear patio we’re perfect for hanging out. Location was extremely close to everything, no more than 10 min away from anything we did all weekend! Highly recommend if you’re staying any amount of time in Louisville.

Lovely home, great deck, accomdating host!

We had a wonderful time at Coury's. He was responsive and helpful. House is lovely and well decorated. Deck and back yard are fabulous!

A great porch

We brought a large group and found the house to be functional, relaxing and lovely. Parking was ample for our four vehicles, and even with 8 girls we still had plenty of bathrooms to go around. The screened in porch with the two ceiling fans was our hangout spot until the late hours of the night. A great house if you are planning to be in the Lousiville area.

Old Louisville charmer

Coury was a pleasure to work with before and during our stay. We had a lovely bouquet of roses and a bourbon cake awaiting our arrival. Our party was comprised of 6 adults (two of which were are 80) and while Coury tried to accommodate us, the bedroom situation was less than ideal. The master bedroom is very nice, but the other bedroom on the 2nd floor has a set of three stacked bunkbeds. There was no way that my 82 year old dad could squeeze into the only bed at normal height. We ended up stacking the three bunk mattresses on the floor for him to sleep on which wasn't great. The 3rd floor bedroom was fine but the steps to the third floor are extremely steep and include a sharp turn (which Coury warned me of but were a lot harder to navigate than expected). We also had an issue with the heat in the house. The weather was unseasonably cold but we had no way to increase the temperature on our own. I was able to text Coury and get the temp increased, however, later that night after we went to bed, the house got extremely cold again and our entire party was awakened due to the cold. The house is quaintly and uniquely decorated and the exterior of the property meticulously maintained, but the neighboring houses were boarded up and obviously not nearly as nice as this one so while there were no incidents with safety, the overall neighborhood isn't great.

Perfect for large group

Our stay was perfect for us. We had 9 people in our party and this property was perfect for us. Close to just about everything and Coury was extremely attentative and helpful. Highly recommend his home. Thanks for making our stay really enjoyable.

Outdoor hang-out space is great!

The backyard and screened in porch were great! We used the fire pit every night there. Coury, the owner, was friendly and quick to respond and had great recommendations for places to go to eat. Within walking distance of some restaurants and bars. Very easy to drive around and to catch an uber. The home had alot of charm and history as did the rest of the neighborhood. Very lovely! We slept 10, but if we had more I think it would feel cramped in the sleeping quarters unless you bring an air mattress. The bunk beds were uncomfortable according to the couple who slept there -- maybe more suited for if you are bringing children. Although everyone else slept comfortably. I can't wait to visit Louisville again! Wonderful city!

Cute and spacious house

We had a great stay during our trip to Louisville. The house is in a nice central location. We had cars, but enjoyed the local bars and bourbon tours, so we mostly took Ubers and they were only about $7/ride. The owner is very accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The descriptions and pictures are accurate of the rooms and space. The bedroom with the bunk beds is big enough to fit several air mattresses if you have a larger party. We had a great stay and would rent again for future visits to Louisville!

An awesome property with an accommodating host.

This house greatly contributed to an overall great first trip to Louisville for myself and to a fun-filled weekend with friends. This old home with all the modern updates provided plenty of space for the six people visiting. There was plenty of space to entertain within the home. Our favorite hangout was probably the kitchen with the screened in back porch and fire pit being a close second. The house is also short uber ride to downtown ~$8. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again and would definitely recommend it to friends heading to the area.

Great home for groups

We had a party of 11 and this house was great. The screened in porch in the back is awesome to hang out in. The house is close to downtown and it was a quick drive to everything. Coury always responded quickly and was great host - He also had great food recommendations. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great place to stay and close to everything

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Coury was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We had a large party of 15 and he accommodated us very well. We were close to downtown as well. I would stay again.

Great group accomodation

Great Louisville home!

We stayed the weekend before the Breeders Cup and took a ride on the Bourbon Trail & horse racing at Keeneland. The house is easy to get to, only minutes from downtown, and very accessible from the interstate. Beds were made & plenty of towels available. Wifi worked great for all of us. The back patio was nice too, we enjoyed our first evening out there. The house fit 10 guys great, but 12 was a little tight. Overall a very positive experience for a large group!

Spacious & Nicely Furnished Home

This property provided all the home estentials & more. A group of 11 of us stayed in the home. We found the bedrooms and living space to be more then adequate for what we needed by using all 3 bedrooms, the 3rd story space and setting up an air mattress in the living room. The highlights of this property were the kitchen and spacious screened in back patio. The majority of our time was spent in the back patio which had plenty of eating and relaxing space along with a portable propane heater that kept us warm in the evening hours. The property description was accurate and the property was very clean. The owner provided good customer service and was quick to respond to any of our questions. We would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Great location with amazing screened in porch!

We had a great time at this home in Louisville. The best part of the house is the screened in porch in the back where we spent the majority of our time. The house is also really well restored and beautiful. The location is fantastic....about a 10 min drive to anything. We were in town for a girls trip so the 5 of us enjoyed some relaxing in the sunroom every night and enjoying louisville's great restaurants and activities. Court was a great host. Always responded to my questions quickly. Thanks Coury and family for sharing your house with us!

Home away from home!

My buddies and I have traveled to Louisville before, and this house was by-far the best place we have stayed at. We came up for the weekend for a music festival and were looking to stay at a house nearby, and this was the perfect place. It is centrally-located, close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and the downtown area. We used Uber the entire time, and the fares were low. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable, as well as clean and well-maintained. Our favorite spot was sitting on the screened-in porch, listening to tunes and chatting it up (the stereo system is hooked up with speakers outside). The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of activities to keep us occupied during our down-time (board games, cards, darts), as well as available wi-fi. The host was very gracious, checking in on us every day, especially the first night when a huge storm came through and knocked power out across the city (luckily we were okay!). We would recommend this house to anyone staying in Louisville, and hope to be back one day. Thanks!

Great Experience In Louisville

This is one of the most comfortable VRBO experiences I've ever had, the home is beautiful and charming, the host was extremely helpful and checked in once a day to see if there were any issues or questions. There is a coffee shop and great 24 hour diner a few blocks away. Centrally located there are dozens of attractions, restaurants and bars within a very short drive. I was in town for a guys bourbon trail tour trip but plan on coming back someday with my family to see more of this great town. Highly reccomended.

Beautiful historic home in Lousiville

We had a wonderful stay in Louisville at this home. We were traveling with our two daughters, both of whom appreciated the kid-friendly bedrooms and toys and books on hand. Every room feels spacious and beautifully decorated -- comfortable, artistic, high-quality, and very clean! Our family of 4 was able to comfortably spread out across all 3 floors with plenty of room to spare. If the weather had been nicer, we would have made more use of the awesome back porch and huge, private backyard. The owners were great to work with -- easily accessible and able to answer any questions, but not intrusive at all. We really enjoyed getting to know Louisville -- excellent zoo, wonderful restaurants, great bourbon of course -- and this was the perfect home base for our trip. Hope we can return when it warms up! Thanks!
