Brand New Home Across from Purg - Awesome Views, Arcade Game, Hot Tub, AC

Our custom built 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 4,400 square foot residence (Bostonado Lodge) was built in 2023 and is located within Purgatory Resort's Engineer Village Community (across Highway 550) and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less than a 30 minute drive).

Enjoy the convenience of being near the ski resort, yet have the privacy and additional space in a luxurious residence with a two car garage. The resort is both an amazing winter playground, and it also offers a wealth of all your favorite mountain activities in a cool and comfortable summer climate at 8,900 feet in elevation. For ease, there is a free on-demand shuttle to the main plaza near the lifts at Purgatory Ski Resort in winter.

The residence is perfect for multiple families and has been outfitted to be the ultimate vacation rental with an almost endless list of amenities including a private hot tub and a huge heated covered deck with an outdoor dining table and couches, gas fire table and a BBQ Grill along with amazing mountain views. Additionally, there are 2 separate living spaces on different floors, an Arcade Game, Cable TV, high speed WIFI, a fully stocked kitchen and awesome views from almost every room. The residence is also one of the few properties in the area that features central AC.

Each of the four King bedrooms has a TV and attached bathroom. Note the 2nd living space downstairs is considered the 5th bedroom as it has 2 queen and 2 twin beds.

The home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets or service animals. Please note there are exterior security cameras in the front and back of the home (of course there are no interior cameras).

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
