Grab your flip flops and get ready for your lake escape! Throw a record on our turntable and get into vacation mode 😊 Once you’re settled, head to the BRAND NEW deck and enjoy sunset on our new PolyWood handcrafted furniture!!
Rent from expert renters. We spent over a decade renting at LOTO and bought this condo with you in mind. We LOVED the location on land and water at Ledges. This unit is a dream come true for us. It’s ground floor, faces west for sunsets, features multiple pools and even a beach! It’s easy to find, it’s clean and most importantly, it’s close to everything!! We tried to think of all the things we’ve wanted in a rental as we prepped the condo for YOU and your family/friends.
Only a couple minutes off Hwy 54 and simple to find. No crazy winding roads to worry about (but do keep your eyes open for deer…. Especially after dark! They’re everywhere!) Walk down a couple of steps to access condo and you’re literally ON THE WATER at the 20MM!! Close to everything on water and land…..Redhead, Shorty Pants, Margaritaville all right around the corner. Dog Days, Backwater Jacks and 1932 Reserve all close too!! The State Park, Dierbergs, Dicks, WalMart, Lowe’s, healthcare, boat rentals, golf, hiking, go karts and much more within minutes.
The condo itself is a well appointed 2BR with 2 big comfy beds, an air mattress for kids or extra guests as well as a fold out couch (not quite as comfy as air mattress) and a nicely stocked kitchen. Everything you need to have a relaxing trip to The Lake! We’ll even stock the K Cups for the Keurig! Washer/Dryer, microwave, toaster, WiFi, TV’s that work (one big smart tv, Roku’s and cable!) and some lamps with USB plugs for your phone chargers! Bringing the kids? We have games, a pack and play and even a high chair to add to our dining table and 6 chairs. There is a safe beach and 2 pools onsite. Parking right in front of the unit. Beautiful sunsets and main channel views from the deck. The kids will love seeing the fish, ducks and turtles from the deck right in front of the unit. Need a slip? Just ask….. we can usually find one to rent for a few extra bucks. If you’re looking for an EASY and RELAXING escape, you just found it.

We live in SE Iowa about 3.5hrs from LOTO. We work in healthcare and have been coming to the lake to relax for decades. We finally had the opportunity to buy a condo and have been loving every minute of it! We are so excited to help YOU make memories like we have over so many years visiting the “Lake”. We use the condo too, it’s not just a random investment property. You making great memories is our goal.
The Lake of the Ozarks can be an overwhelming place. There is SO much to do and see, how do you navigate it all. We'll do our best to not only make your housing EASY, but also help you along the way with some suggestions of what to do while you're here. Whether its just enjoying that cup of coffee on the deck in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset or if its finding a boat to rent to get out on the water, we're happy to help every step of the way. Personally, we enjoy heading to the state park for calm waters to ski and tube. We also love getting out on the lake to hit up some of the pools, restaurants and visit friends. Whether it’s chilling at one of our pools, the beach or on our boat, LOTO and 513 Ledges is our “Happy Place!”

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The Ledges is the PERFECT location for many reasons. Most importantly, being on the 20MM, it’s right in the middle of everything on both water and land. Being just minutes off Hwy 54 is so convenient too. We’ve rented places before that ended up being 20-30min of winding roads off the highway. Not here….. it about 4min to the highway!! Everything is is close! Backwater Jacks is just down the "river" (as you'll hear locals call it) but so are the serene waters of the State Park. Shopping, restaurants, healthcare... its all just minutes by car too. If being close to everything is important, this is the place for you.

We call our place “ChillAwhile”. It’s a combination of a place we like in Jamaica and the overall relaxing vibe in the unit. We really believe when renting this unit you can find what YOU want! The quiet of the state park or the party scene, boating, golf, hiking, shopping, live music….. it’s all SO accessible and very close! Or, maybe it’s just a night at home playing cards or board games with the family. Hanging at the pool or beach….. it’s all here at ChillAwhile and the Ledges!
