This was the most well supplied place we have stayed from pots and pans to necesseties. The hosts were kind and very accommodating. If we are ever back in the area we will stay again. It was peaceful and relaxing. Brought back so many cherished memories growing up on a cattle farm. Thank you!

The owner was first and foremost very accommodating due to my having to change dates. The check in was seamless and the place was more than expected. Clean, beds were comfortable and this owner did not forget a thing to make our stay great. Very well stocked. Owner was very helpful and answered all my questions. Was very close to the West Milford lake boat ramp, so ultra convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful. It was a perfect place to stay for my nephew's wedding. It was close to Chapman, where my sister lived, and close to the wedding venue in Abilene. The cottage was clean and was exactly as described. The host was amazing and thought of every little detail to make it perfect.

Very clean cottage, very nic furnishings and beds are very comfortable. Anything you would need in kitchen to prepare a meal is in the kitchen cabinets. Very nice and helpful host! Nice private and quuet area in the country. We will stay again. Highly recommend!

Great stay for Kstate graduation weekend!

We had a few family members all meeting up from different areas of kansas for the graduation. While it was still 35 mins away, we didnt feel like it took long and was still easier than 2 hrs. The house was perfect! Would definitely stay here again. No complaints from anyone who stayed the night!

This is the place to stay

We had a Wonderful Stay from booking to checking out and all in-between, Cheryl is a Wonderful Host, had everything you could possibly need at the cottage, all you need is yourself and your clothes. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful, Watching the cattle and the calf's was awesome. Great Get-Away in the Country

This place was very nice, one of the best places we have stayed in. Very well stocked with everything you need. It is in the country, and quite. Very roomy and country decor of the place was very nice and enjoyable. The host lives next door, and very friendly and accommodating. Easy, zero entry access and parking immediately outside. We would recommend this to anyone for a very relaxing place to stay.

Comfy Cozy Cottage in the Country

We could not have been happier with our stay. The property was PERFECT!!! Very clean, warm, welcoming & plenty of space. We loved being in the country & anything you would need is not far away. Beds were comfy & the kitchen was well stocked. Easy check-in & the property manager was so sweet & always ready available. Will definitely be back :)

Cleanest and most accommodating rental experience!

We enjoyed this home away from home more than any place we have tried. We have rented more than a dozen places and none so far have the feel of home, cleanliness and overall well stocked with everything you could need. Also easy to find, good parking and peaceful setting! We held a family dinner and brought many items we found that we didn't need because it was there. The owner is wonderful. Easy check-in and out.

Cheryl and family were excellent guests and were pleased they stayed with us in the country. They left the Cottage extremely clean and followed rules. Hope to see them again one day.
