Beautiful property with great potential. The listing does not accurately portray the bed availability. There are only 3 queen beds, 1 in each “bedroom” of which one is a repurposed upper level room with no windows or closet space. The additional beds were a futon in an open space and 2 air mattresses. Other options were couches. The bathrooms & showers were very nice.The outside area is very nice with pond & fire pit. We were looking forward to the hot tub but were unable to use it due to grass clogging the intake area.I believe this could be a great property with just a little attention to detail including cleaning & minor maintenance items.

Trip for wedding

Overall the house was acceptable but there were several things that were issues. The biggest being that the beds were completely uncomfortable and seemed cheap. Additionally while the listing indicates it can sleep 12- I do not believe that is accurate. There are really 2 bedrooms with queen beds and then a 3rd room on the second level that has no windows with a queen bed in it. The basement had a small futon type couch and there were 2 air mattresses in the upstairs closet. The listing is definitely misleading about the number of beds and if they are counting the air mattresses I think it should list them as air mattresses and not beds. The chairs around the outdoor fire pit did not seem very sturdy and so we did not really use them. We also did not use the hot tub which the cover was broken on and was not completely covering the tub. We did enjoy the pond and dock.

Memorial service

My kids and grandkids and I came to Ohio to lay my mother to rest. A difficult time for sure, but the cabin was nice, the grounds were beautiful, and the dish to our destination was minimal. . It made a difficult time much more palatable. Thank you so much!

overnight trip

Bed was broken, received 75 refund. Owner eas vwry apologetic but that didnt change the fact my husband slept on couch for valentine's and the insurance i was forced to purchase exceeded the 75 refund. There were also a bunch of boards with nails sitting next to fire pit. Gazebo/deck area is under construction

Nice property and communication

Very nice property with room to relax. Easy, good communication with property manager with simple check in/out process. Only issue, if any, was quality and comfort of beds. Overall, very nice property.

Wedding weekend

This property could be an amazing VRBO if the property had better overall maintenance, was cleaner and they paid more attention to details like bedding, dishes and kitchen utensils. The location from Crimson Lane wedding venue is perfect and the size of the yard and house was perfect for families celebrating together. We enjoyed our stay, but the lack of cleanliness would keep us from coming back.

Beautiful propery

My wife's family had a reunion in nearby Wyandot County. We rented this property for an extended stay and visit. The property was absolutely perfect. We spent many hours during the day and evenings around the pond and the firepit. Our dogs loved it. It was spacious enough for our adult children and their spouses to stay for a night after the reunion ended. Sitting around the firepit that evening with them was essentially a second "family reunion". Fortunately, we brought extra fans to put in the upstairs which was a little stuffy at first for their stay. With the fans going throughout the day, by evening it was cool enough to enjoy a quiet nights sleep. Overall, a great experience.

Girls trip

We rented this cabin to be near a wedding we were attending. There were 8 of us and we fit comfortably. The home was clean, well-maintained and the property was beautiful!

Great Weekend in the Country

This is a great piece of property in a nice patch of woods. Nice pond with some fish to be had and a great garage area to hang out an get out of the sun. Owner was responsive and very helpful with our questions. Note that the 2 queen beds listed for Living Room 2 are air mattresses. Overall we had a great long weekend of family fun. Would definitely come back.
