The house is centrally located in the metro area, 10 minutes from downtown Des Moines to the east, and 10 minutes from West Des Moines to the west.

The house is located adjacent to the Walnut Creek Trail, offering miles of biking, jogging, and walking trails.

Guest access
You will have access to all 6 levels of the house, the front and the fenced back yard.

ACCESSIBILITY:
You will have access to all levels. Stairs connect the different levels. The living spaces are spread over 6 main levels separated by short flights of stairs.

The main level (Level 3) is accessible without the use of stairs and has the kitchen, dining room, half bath. However, the Level 3 Living Room is lower than the dining room by 3 steps. (Review photos). The living room can be accessed through the study/game room door to avoid the use of stairs.
Access to the bedrooms requires the use of 8 steps between Level 3 and Level 4 for access to 3 bedrooms. Additional steps separate the bedrooms on Level 5 and Level 6.
