The Banksy, a Chicago Greystone building dating back to the 19th century, offers a unique and charming setting for your stay. This historic 2-story duplex apartment is fully equipped to accommodate small group gatherings or larger groups of up to 12 guests.

The Banksy provides ample entertainment options for guests to enjoy during their downtime. Guests can plan their days while sipping coffee under the pergola, or kickstart their mornings with a yoga session on the rooftop deck using the provided yoga mats.

Centrally located just two blocks from the train station and highway, and directly across from the Jackson bus route heading downtown, The Banksy offers easy access to transportation options. Guests who prefer to drive can take advantage of the readily available free parking right in front of the building. Whether you choose to explore the city or relax at the apartment, The Banksy offers a comfortable and convenient stay for all guests.

Please be mindful of the other residents, and neighbors by observing and respecting the quiet hours from midnight to 9am. Parties with more guests than those staying in the apartment are not permitted, but guests are encouraged to utilize the outdoor community space. Any guests not included in the reservation are not allowed on the property, and violating this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay. Please note that the outdoor areas of the building are monitored by video surveillance.
