Ocean Views self-catering home away from home is waiting to be discovered! This wonderful 3-bedroom apartment is located on the middle level of a beautiful multi-level property. Two flights of stairs take you into the gorgeous Villa on the prestigious Suikerbossie Drive in Gordon’s Bay. Sweeping views over the ocean and Table Mountain across the bay can be enjoyed from all areas. A shady balcony offers fresh air enjoyment of the activities in the harbour and bay below. Ocean Views self-catering apartment nestles against the mountain slopes and overlooks the harbour Yacht club and Bikini Beach. A fabulous and tranquil setting will help you enjoy your relaxed holiday! This apartment has its own private entrance, garage parking and full solar inverter system for convenience during and possible power outages.
At Ocean Views self-catering apartment a fully equipped modern kitchen offers all you need to prepare meals. The entire living space offers open plan living/dining area and is well appointed and comfortably styled, leading directly onto your furnished shady balcony. Air-conditioning, smart television, a washing machine and dishwasher all add to the comforts of this home.
The master bedroom offers a King size bed with en-suite bathroom and ample wardrobe space for long term stays. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed with en suite bathroom. Ceiling to floor windows make you feel like you are floating over the ocean! The third bedroom is located to the back of the unit with no views however well-appointed and comfortable.
Ocean Views self-catering Apartment is close to restaurants, shops, harbour eateries and activities. This address also offers quick access to exquisite coastal drives and is close to Cape Town, the Airport and the Winelands. For the whale watchers, we are 45 minutes from Hermanus, although you can see the whales pass the Villa along with Dolphins and seals (depending on time of year). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and surrounded by private residences and other guest houses. Wonderful places stop along the Clarence drive to take in the views and explore fishing villages along the coast. Relax and enjoy! It is a magnificent location with many exciting adventures on your doorstep.
Due to this home being located on the middle level of the property there are a fair amount of stairs to climb. This property may present a challenge for any person with mobility restrictions and for anyone who may struggle with stairs.
Ocean Views self-catering Apartment has solar power and a battery backup has been installed to mitigate load-shedding. All lights, Wi-Fi, as well as essential power points are fully functional during power outages. With conservative use, the system’s batteries can supply several hours of uninterrupted power without the support of the solar panels.
PLEASE NOTE: A one-time exit cleaning fee of R800 will be included in the final invoice. To qualify for our complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change, your booking must be for 14 days or more, and the service will occur on the 6th or 7th day of your stay.
If you would like to arrange additional cleaning during your stay, at your own expense, please inform the office 48 hours in advance by getting in touch HERE and we will provide a quotation according to your requirements.
