Fantastic place and great location!
We had a last minute guy's trip to New Orleans and we searched for a place that was able to accommodate the 6 of us. This place was perfect for us. It was so nicely designed and awesome decor and of course the art work all over made it extra special. The place was close enough for us to walk to places and yet far enough so we don't hear the party crowd. New Orleans has become a favorite city and cannot wait to go back and would stay here again.

Excellent and would highly recommend!
Fantastic location! Quiet area but so close to Bourbon Street and Canal where the action is! There is a hop on hop off bus stop very nearby. Kitchen is minimally stocked so be prepared to buy coffee and sugar. There is salt and pepper. There are so many restaurants in the area and so much to do that you will only be there to cozy up in the king size bed after a long day of sight seeing and eating!Home is newer and very neat and clean! I'd definitely stay there again!

Property was perfect for our stay, everything was in walking distance. we were out from 9 am to 11 pm so we did not stay in the apartment much. Only concern was not enough hot water when 6 adults showering.

Great home-base
This is a great apartment, well appointed, 3 king-beds and 3 bathrooms and conveniently located with a 20 min walk of pretty much everything but far enough to be ‘insulated’ from it. The art displays throughout the building and the apartments are interesting as well. Very much recommended!!

An Absolute Gem
The photos cannot capture the true beauty of this place, it looks like something out of a magazine. There is one BR downstairs and 2 upstairs each with their on ensuite bathroom. The building is very safe and centrally located. There is also amazing artwork throughout the hone.b

Your place was absolutely wonderful, like a hidden gem tucked away just outside the busy tourist areas of Canal Street. At first, we were a bit unsure about the street due to the ongoing construction, which gave it an “iffy” feel, but, that turned out to be misleading. The neighborhood was quiet and location couldn’t have been better. It was only a 5 minute walk to Canal St. where all the action is. We bought the 3 day jazzy pass for 8.00, it was totally worth it. Additionally we found a breakfast spot just two minutes opposite direction on Poydras called Daisy Mae’s. Highly recommended! All in all, we’re glad we discovered your place. We’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Don’t underestimate this gem
Absolutely fabulous! This place offered more than I expecred. Extremely unique. It will deceive you upon arrival but the area was clean felt safe and minutes from Canal 10-15 min walk to bourbon. The construction of each space was amazing. There was a neat before construction picture in the bathroom. The rooms were very spacious comfortable beds with personal large televisions. Each room had a private bathroom which was a plus. Sitting area and kitchen was great. If needed for questions there was 24/7 assistance an added value. If there is anything I could recommend is having a plug for electronic devices. We parked across the street which was fine or you can park behind the building for the same cost. Definitely will rent again. Great communication from the owner.
