Bunk bed comes with a pull out trundle bed. Fully equipped kitchen for crafting lovely dinners. Come make Pruett Place your home away from home.
The space
Our property has cameras so that you can feel safe during your stay. It is fully furnished and you will see that it has everything you need from necessities for a family game night, to having a great culinary experience. You will be pleased , and rested, with our memory foam mattress on each bed.
Guest access
This house is furnished so that every guest can use every room. Washer and Dryer use is also permitted.

The house was really nice, well furnished, beautiful decor and great location . There was limited parking which was an issue for us since we had 3 vehicles and an enclosed trailer since we were in town for our daughter’s wedding but we made it work. The host was very response and very easy to work with Would definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful stay. So many amenities included that aren’t usually at other houses we’ve stayed at before. Our kids loved the games, the backyard was gorgeous and perfect for our dog. Overall an awesome experience.

Perfect House!

The home owner Ashley was so sweet and accommodating to all our needs. We changed up our booking several times and she was so helpful. The house was perfect and beds were super comfy. Wi would highly recommend staying here. We’ve stayed in several houses in Paragould for work trips and this was by far the nicest.

This was a fantastic property—well maintained, very clean, easy to check in, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a quick visit with family. Definitely recommend!

Family reunion

We stayed here for a family reunion. The property was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negative was the tree that left stuff all over my car. Other than that, our time there was excellent.

Convenient and welcoming home

The home was very clean and the hosts could not be more hospitable and welcoming. Hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful.

Great place

This was a great place. We were in town for a funeral. Ashley made the check in process very easy. The place was very clean. We had zero issues with the rental. The place was very well lit up at night so we felt very comfortable being outside. We loved how the owner paid attention to details and had things that one might forget when traveling.

Fantastic place

The Pruett place was amazing. Very clean, very well kept, and all apliances were new and top of the line. The hosts were very welcoming and made it very easy to check in and out. Will definitely be coming back.

So Cozy!

This place was so cozy and inviting! We loved it! Absolutely spotless! Hosts are super! Very thoughtful and easy to contact. We enjoyed everything about it. One of the best places we have visited so far!

Perfect for what we needed!

Family trip to Paragould, AR

This was the BEST house that we’ve ever rented. The house was so clean, beautifully decorated, and just as the pictures show. The extras were above and beyond and made my family and I feel so welcome. My family and I will be back for sure! Amazing hosts!! ❤️🤩

Pruett Place is perfection

This cozy and incredibly cute cottage is conveniently located near downtown local shopping and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms and open concept is great for extended stays. The large yard with fence is also great if you traveling with your fur babies. The owners have thought of all the little extras in case you forgot any of them. Incredibly clean and welcoming!

Perfect.

We came in for our daughter’s college graduation. Upon arrival we received a thoughtful note for us and a congratulations card for our daughter along with a basket of goodies from the hosts. This home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable that deserves many more compliments than I can articulate. These hosts thought of everything that one would want! Baskets in the bathrooms full of necessities. Awesome coffee bar and fully stocked kitchen. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space. Worthy of many more stars! Can’t wait to come back!

HOMETOWN GREATNESS!!!

This property is fabulous and has everything you would need as if you were in your own home. The décor of his home is like a beautiful home from HGTV! Stocked with EVERYTHING from laundry soap to the propane for the fire pit and patio heater for the outside seating area. Oh AND the coffee bar was such a great treat for our relaxing mornings on the front porch rocking in the rocking chairs and swinging in the porch swing. The full size bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were amazing and gave us so much room for the teenagers. All the bedrooms were very comfy. The location was perfect we walked downtown everyday to grab a bite to eat and enjoyed all the cute boutiques on Pruett Street. The outdoor space was wonderful for my family gathering of all ages!!! We LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS PLACE! The owners were responsive and so kind. If you want to be comfortable and stay in the most cozy home away from home this place is PERFECT! Thank you so much for making the best possible weekend for us New Jersey folks!

Feels Like Home

My husband and I are from Arkansas, but we love traveling to other states also. Out last trip was to Iceland and it was amazing. Almost falling off of the side of a volcano was crazy too!

We live here in Paragould and live giving back. Being close to Pruett Place means that we can fix issues immediately and can stop in if needed.

Our property is unique because it is owned and managed by us. We know what it means to be "hospital clean", and we will have it that way for you time and time again. This place is clean, comfortable and hard to leave because has everything that you need! Want to grill out on the patio? Have at it! Want some coffee to warm up? Brew it! Need comfortable beds to sleep of that drive? Come here and dream!
