Boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this house is perfect for a group of 10 seeking easy access to Cranmore Mountain Resort, Attitash Mountain Resort, and the Saco River, along with mountain biking and hiking trails. After a day of outdoor adventure, this property is a wonderful space to unwind with a game of ping pong, a fire outside, and tons of couch space.

This Home is in a quiet family neighborhood with many full-time residents. This means we follow best in class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. The home is equipped with Noise Aware Technology that measures noise levels throughout the property and allows us to respond without disrupting your stay Noise Aware is 100% privacy compliant, we have a strict quiet hour of 10 pm to 9 am, if noise is louder than our accepted levels, we will be notified. We do this so we can have the right to rent our home in the future and to be good neighbors.

Guest will let themselves in with their own code.

Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and our home sits on 2 acres of land. Mt. Kearsarge trailhead is only a half-mile away!

We allow dogs UPON APPROVAL with a $100 additional cleaning fee for 1 dog and $125 for 2 dogs. We strictly prohibit cats due to a severe allergy our daughter has.

Using the wood stove - there is an instruction manual in the drawer beneath the glass cupboard next to the kitchen and 1st floor bathroom. Make sure to empty the ash drawer before starting a fire. The lever on the left side of the stove (if you are facing the stove) is for the flue - pull it toward you to open. The right side lever controls the airflow when the door is closed.

Using the shower on the 2nd floor - when the water is flowing from the bath spout, pull down on the end of the spout where the water comes out. This will transfer water flow to the shower head.

2nd floor thermostat - there are two thermostats in the king bedroom. The bottom thermostat is inactive. You`ll know that you`re using the correct thermostat because the furnace will engage quickly after you turn the dial.

Pull-out couches in the basement - there are instructions in the drawer under the glass cabinets if you need them. Sheets are located inside the bench.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA`s are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
