Bayou Beauty - Sanibel Charm Abounds with Elevator

Enjoy your vacation from the comfort of Casa Tranquility- Located at 4562 Bowen Bayou on beautiful Sanibel Island, FL. Located within the Sanibel Bayous community, this home is set amidst numerous lakes and enjoys extremely close proximity to Bowman's Beach. Less than 5 minute drive to Turner Beach on Captiva and a similarly short drive or bike ride to Sanibel's restaurants, shopping, and beaches, guests will be well equipped to enjoy both Sanibel and Captiva Islands at their best!

The Space:
Casa Tranquility is a 3/2 home equipped with high speed internet, new furnishings and kitchen, and a canoe and carrying cart for guest's pleasure. The house also features an elevator lift capable of carrying up to two guests at once. This lift will be made available to guests as of January 1st 2025. The bedrooms are laid out as follows:

Master Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk in shower
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower
Guest Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with desk

The house features a large garage which guests may use at their leisure. It also features a BBQ grill adjacent to the stairs leading to the backyard in the back of the home. There are multiple screened lanais in the back of the home.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole home with elevator lift (as of October 1st 2025, currently being repaired with estimated completion in one month).

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in solitude
