PalmTop View is a 1 bedroom/1bathroom condo that has everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation! The brand new appliances and countertops create a welcoming entrance to this condo. These upgrades, combined with the subtle and inviting decor of the condo make our guests truly feel that they are at a 'home away from home'... if only home had this view! Speaking of the view, enjoy your morning coffee (or evening 'refreshers!) as you gaze out at the sapphire blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the oversized balcony that adorns this condo. If you are looking for the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway - look no further!

The pool will be heated the week of Thanksgiving (Nov 22 - Nov 29) and again from Dec 23 - January 2.

Located on the Gulf-side of SanDestin (Miramar Beach FL), Palm Top View is on the 4th floor of the Luau I condominium complex The complex features a large pool (heated in March and April) with water fall, seasonal tiki hut service and is only a short walk to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! You also have access to the Sandestin TRAM (which transports guests to Baytowne and back), a fitness gym (located in Luau II), a barbeque area, observation deck (located on the top floor of the complex, the views from there are amazing!), and meeting space- all located on the complex grounds!!
**This property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking garage. The entrance to SanDestin is gated and staffed with SanDestin security officers.

This recently updated 1 bedroom condo sleeps up to four. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that converts to a queen size bed. A beautiful updated bathroom, full kitchen, large living/dining room, and spacious balcony with great views of the gulf and the resort all combine for perfect accommodations for your beach getaway!! Our guest also have access to our beach storage locker (located on the ground floor of the complex) where we provide 2 beach chairs for use during your stay. We also provide 2 beach towels for our guests!

Also, for your added convenience, the condo is stocked with the following:
(2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
(1) Roll of paper towels
(2) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap

THINGS TO NOTE:
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. You can also take the TRAM to Village of Baytowne Wharf in SanDestin Bayside....where there are a lot of children's activities including bungee jumping, hair braiding, temporary tattoos etc. year around. Ice-skating in Baytowne Wharf village during winter months. Also, Grand Blvd is on the bayside for all of your shopping needs-including Luluemon, Vineyard vines, Tommy Bahama and much more as well as restaurants!
