The space
Experience the charm of the recently renovated, private, free-standing home, complete with decks on three sides, perfect for basking in the breathtaking surroundings. Indulge in relaxation with a deep soaking tub, unwind on the porch swing, and savor meals in the tile-accented, highly equipped kitchen. The home features two cozy queen bedrooms, two optional twin beds, two plush couches, a dedicated workspace, and dual living rooms for ample relaxation and workspaces. A recently added huge projection TV and Wii game system provide endless optional indoor entertainment.

The property accommodates camping for up to 12 guests, making it ideal for larger groups or retreats. For those planning extensive gatherings, the entire 45-acre estate is available for rental, comfortably hosting up to 20 people with camping facilities, a Tiny Home, and two RV travel trailers.

Explore seven spectacular hikes accessible directly from the property, immersing yourself in the paradoxically safe yet adventurous terrain. Pet lovers will appreciate the dog-friendly environment. Trust your canine companions to roam freely off-leash, exploring alongside the property's two resident dogs, who are experts in fun and adventure. Your private abode is situated 70 yards away from any other structures, giving you complete privacy. You're not just visitors but part of the farm's life. Take an active role in the farm's rhythm by watering, weeding, mowing, and harvesting at the right times. It's an educational journey where learning and growth happen collectively.

Enhance your adventure with exclusive access to our very own private canyon, Sharp Canyon. This remarkable two-and-a-half-mile canyon is reserved solely for guests of the Wizard's Paradox. To fully experience its rugged beauty, mountain bikes are provided at no extra charge. For an elevated adventure, we can arrange ATV rentals, allowing you to traverse the terrain and uncover the wonders of this unique landscape. A robust, redundant Wi-Fi signal is available throughout, providing a lifeline for communication and internet access. Cell coverage is absent in this serene hideaway, but the Wi-Fi is strong enough to support your phone's Wi-Fi calling features. This means you can make and receive calls as usual, as long as your phone supports Wi-Fi calling. Additionally, the internet connection is reliable enough for uninterrupted Zoom calls, ensuring that your connectivity needs are well catered to, whether for leisure or work.
