Villa Mella es el lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en la isla de Paros, combinando la máxima privacidad y relajación con fácil acceso a todos los lugares de interés cosmopolita de la isla. Se encuentra en una zona exclusiva cerca de la playa de Glyfa, sobre un riachuelo azul aislado e idílico. Es un 10 min. conduzca lejos de las populares playas de Hrysi Akti (Golden Beach), Punda y los pueblos de Drios, Piso Livadi y Marpissa.
Se compone de 2 casas independientes y autónomas y está situado en un terreno de 4000 metros cuadrados. parcela de tierra. Cada casa tiene capacidad para 4-6 personas en un área de 120 metros cuadrados. más 80 metros cuadrados de sótano y cuenta con un atrio interno alrededor del cual se organizan los principales espacios de vida. La planta baja está rodeada de grandes terrazas hacia la vista al mar. Construcción terminada en 2009.

Nice house in Paros

Good location. Quiet and close to two nice secluded calas. Host was readily available when needed. The house is big and comfortable. Renting a car is recommended.

Our stay in beautiful Paros

We had an absolutely wonderful experience in Paros! It was very calm and relaxing compared to our previous stays in Mykonos and Santorini. We loved the beautiful, private beach just a short ten minute walk from the house. The snorkeling on the island was great, and everyone was so friendly. Paros was our favorite Grecian Island so far. We’ll be back.😁👍

Absolutely beautiful stay, memories for a lifetime!

We had an absolutely beautiful stay at Villa Mella! It is stunningly designed, clean, with breathtaking views of the Sea. Spacious for our family with 3 teenagers! We explored Paros and all the extraordinary beaches. We loved being close to Dryos where we got our groceries, morning coffee and fabulous dinners most nights. We would highly recommend - such a beautiful place!

Cadre extraordinaire, maison très bien située et très bien réalisée. Dommage que le sous-sol ne soit pas au niveau des autres étages ( beaucoup de places perdues...)

Stunning, Quiet location with Breathtaking Views of the Aegean. a Welcoming Luxury, Modern Space.

We had a marvelous time in Villa Mella. It is situated on one of the best locations of the island with breathtaking views to the isles of Naxos, Irakleia, Shoinousa. Villa Mella is just 200 meters from the water and has multiple views to the sea , it is also close to one of the most secluded and private beaches of the island with green-turquoise waters. The house is very well equipped , it is beautifully designed and furnished with good taste.Its surrounded by nice gardens with tropical plants and olive trees. It is also in proximity to many of the greatest beaches of the island. I will never forget the starlit nights, the smell of jasmine, the feeling of the sea. I would definitely recommend Villa Mella for your vacation and would love to go back again!

Amazing time - my family enjoyed it a lot. Once in a lifetime experience

Had the most wonderful time in years. The house is beautiful, located on a peaceful area of the island overlooking the water. Amenitities were great. We got the chance to relax but also have a lot of fun with friends and family!

Peaceful seaview house

Amazing place in front of the Aegean sea. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Maria welcome us so nicely and looked after us with care. Savvas and Melpi, the architects owners of the 2 houses, propose here a pleasant quiet place to rest, close to Glyfa Beach, in the best area of Paros island. We warmly recommand the Villa Mella!
