Welcome to our apartment! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these rules:

1. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited by Law 9028. A $100 USD fine will be applied for any violations, including electronic cigarettes and vapes.
2. No Parties: Parties are not allowed.
3. No Excessive Alcohol Consumption: Please consume alcohol responsibly.
4. No Drug Use: The use of drugs is strictly prohibited.
5. No Wet Entry: Do not enter the elevator while wet.
6. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep common areas and the apartment clean and orderly at all times.
7. Respect: Always respect the apartment and our neighbors.
8. No Throwing Objects: Do not throw objects from the balcony. If anything falls, notify security and inform us immediately.
9. Quiet Hours: Avoid excessive noise after 10 PM.
10. Do not enter the apartment with dirty shoes.
11. Leave all towels in the rooms visibly.
12. The pool cannot be used after 11:00 PM or before 7:00 AM.
13. Notify us in advance of any changes or requests for the best possible service.
14. Fines: A general fine of $300 USD will be applied for any rule violations.

9. Lost Items: An initial fee of $100 USD applies, varying based on the item. Notify any loss promptly to facilitate recovery.
10. Late Check-Out: A $100 USD cash surcharge will be applied for late check-out.
