If you want privacy, ev charger, hot tub, sauna, beautiful view of mountain, wifi, sitting room with TV, large shower, nice comfortable queen bed, deck that makes you feel you are up in the trees, location that is in the middle of all of great spots on Lookout and downtown Chattanooga, free parking, warm welcome from owner with information about the area then this vacation rental might be right for your stay in Chattanooga. Walking distance to Incline and St Elmo. This unit is on lower level of home, my wife and I live on main floor. Two other vacation rental unit are on back side of this unit but not joined. Parking space beside ev station. Extra charge for use of ev charger. Not handicap acceptable. Hot Tub, Sauna, ev charger are available to 1 to 3 couples based upon number of guest. NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. Complainers are not welcomed,

We Loved It!

This is one of the most beautiful stays in Chattanooga at a wonderful price. We loved how it overlooked the mountains, and the outdoor foyer area was adorable! Extra points for the hut tub. We would definitely recommend this stay!

Very relaxing weekend away

We enjoyed our time in Chattanooga so much! The scenery is beautiful and VRBO unit was a nice place to return to after our adventures. We especially enjoyed the patio with beautiful vegetation. It was super close to everything we wanted to do.

Convenient location

Great place to stay that was convenient to every thing. Just a short 15 minute drive to all the attractions that we wanted to do.

Clean, simple, peaceful

Simple and peaceful unit. Owner seems very easy going. Love the hot tub access and quietness even though it's a compact community. It's very clean and a great price for being so close to town.

The only good thing about this stay was the accurate directions that we received how to get there. I wished I had taken the time to read the other reviews, an almost posted my own review but decided to erase it instead. You can keep the 20 you offered for a good review.

Beautiful Mountain View

The whole stay here was wonderful. The property is beautiful, with so many lovely flowers around the deck. The mountain view from the hot tub is peaceful after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently located within 10 minutes of Rock City and Ruby Falls and only 20 minutes to the Chickamauga National Military Battlefield Park.We could walk to restaurants in the evening.Allen made check-in so easy and communicated perfectly. We had a bonus visit with the sweet resident cat, Elmo, who greeted us on the deck while we were leaving. He's so friendly!Highly recommend this serene spot in a quiet and historic neighborhood.

It was good. Mr. Alan is a very nice man. The place is a bit small. I wish there was a sink in by the refrigerator. Wasnt fawn of having to wash my cups out in the bathroom sink. Im one that loves to watch tv when i get in the bed and was enable to fo that, because all though the tv was on a swivel in tge front room you couldnt see it from the bed. So i would say tge inly things i didn't like was no sink by the refrigerator and not being able to watch tv when i got in the bef

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had an absolutely lovely stay in this quiet corner. Just a few minutes from downtown Chattanooga in a quiet and quaint neighborhood, it was convenient to everything we had planned. Our host was kind and accommodating, and even spent time telling us about the area, making lovely recommendations. The living space was open, clean and comfortable! By far the jacuzzi was our favorite feature!

Beautiful View and Great Location

Right outside the room door is a beautiful patio, with gorgeous vegetation surrounding. It’s within walking distance to fun restaurants in St Elmo. We slept great here. The best is very comfortable, and we don’t usually like queen beds, but it felt more spacious than most. The bedroom doesn’t have any windows, so I slept in much later than I usually can. The box fan provided helped the room cool off, and was great as a sound machine. The shower has 2 heads, is spacious, clean, and has great water pressure. Our only real complaint was there was a trail of ants going through the room. We followed it, and it lead to a chunk of a breakfast bar under the desk. Overall, I do think this room is worth the stay, but cleanliness could be taken up a notch. Maybe it was a one off, and I’m sure they’ll do better in the future.

Perfectly Peaceful

My sister and I stayed with Mr. Allen while visiting family. It could not have been better! He was prompt to respond and very easy to work with when my arrival was heavily delayed. The walk down to the room is magical- the string lights and the deck in the woods are incredibly peaceful. We sat on the deck and listened to the wind in the trees. The hot tub was clean and hot and Mr. Allen did a great job of explaining how it works and giving the tour. The location was perfect- I lived in St Elmo for 5 years so being close to "home" was wonderful! I can't close out the review without mentioning Elmo, the cat. The sweetest boy that just wanted pets!!! Out of 5 stars, I give Mr. Allen's place 10. We will be back!

Beautiful, felt secluded

Overall Wonderful! It felt secluded in a way, exactly what we wanted. Not far from anything and the view from deck was amazing! Would definitely go back again! And can’t forget Elmo! We are cat people and we loved that lol

Very quaint, downstairs unit. Nice patio view. Hot tub was nice. A little difficult for my husband who has mobility issues, but we managed. Very close to Ruby Falls and Rock City Owner was very pleasant
