This whole-floor 2 bedroom apartment (bedroom + office room+ living room) is really spacious - especially compared to other TLV apartments, quiet and relaxing. It was built 2 years ago.

The street is lined with beautiful trees that block other buildings - allowing you to keep the balcony window / doors open and not worry about neighbors watching you. Besides that, street and foot traffic is not very high in the area at all, especially considering how central the apartment is.

First entering the apartment, you'll be amazed by all the natural light coming from the balcony and windows! The balcony faces north, giving you shade and little direct sunlight, allowing you to chill all day long! And after a long day, our electric blinds covers the windows so you can enjoy peace and quiet.

The modern kitchen has everything you could want: Tons of cabinet and counter space and brand new modern appliances, including: toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, Nespresso, microwave, a large fridge/ freezer, oven & stove top, all in one juice maker, blender, food processor, and smoothie maker. It's equipped with pots & pans, dishes and cookware and much more! If you find yourself needing anything - just let us know! This apartment has 2 bedrooms. One with a Euro Grand King size bed (180x200), 2 nightstands with drawers at each side of the bed and plenty of closet and large hanging space between the two rooms. There are blackout curtains in both rooms, so you can be sure to catch up on sleep.

Work from home? The second bedroom of this apartment is a home office, with 2 work desks, equipped with ergonomic chairs, desks and 27" monitors. This room also has a utility balcony of its own and huge floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can work with natural light! If you are not in the mood for light, there are blackout curtains all around :)

The living room is spacious and inviting: You can relax on our comfortable and super deep sofa (extra deep seating, wide chaise longue), where you can have a movie night with our Smart TV 75" Samsung (with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, ShowTime, YouTube, Pandora, and other streaming apps as needed, just login with your favorite). Or if you prefer, you can also work from here, since there is another (3rd) work desk (dining room area). This proves to be super-useful if you're two people working remotely and are on simultaneous video calls - you're totally separated!

The bathroom is very spacious and has plenty of cabinet space. You can enjoy a hot shower in its proper walk-in shower, with a rain shower head (and handheld shower) and with your own washer & dryer which is not always common in TLV :)

Other things to note
The neighborhood is beautiful: Centrally located but with very low traffic and fueled with tons of local shops nearby, so you can take your pick between vegan, bakeries, mediterranean food and the famouse "Falafel Frishman" & "Sabich Frishman" (look them up) sandwich shops around the corner. The street is lined with beautiful trees that provide a nature feel among a busy city.

Plenty of food options - vegan and non-vegan.

You can get to Dizengoff Center extremely quickly (less than 10 minute walk) and, even quicker, you can reach the beach, since it's just at the end of the street (a 7 minute walk).
