Here, you can stroll along the charming river, dine at top-notch restaurants, and soak up the local culture and history. Back at the sanctuary, the house itself is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're looking to relax in a cozy environment or need a quiet and well-equipped space for remote working, this Southwestern Villa provides the perfect setting. EXTERIOR CAMERA DISCLAIMER:
The property has two security cameras or recording devices capable of recording and sending video, audio, or still images (there are no interior cameras). One security camera is on the from porch and one camera overlooking the rear yard. Both cameras are on 24/7.
FAMILY:
We are family friendly! There are no safeguards for infants. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, etc).
EVENTS:
Party events are not allowed on this property.
WIFI:
We have the fastest wifi in the area (15mbps), but we do not guarantee these speeds at all hours of the day. WIFI password is provided on premises
NO PETS:
We are NOT able to host any pets unfortunately. Please inquire about our other properties if you wish to bring a pet.
RESPECT:
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, peaceful area. There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution. Please respect our neighbors by following the county's Good Neighbor Policy and refrain from any loud outdoor noise or disturbances by 10pm. Failure to respect quiet hours or after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
NO OUTDOOR MUSIC:
Guests must refrain from any outdoor music playing from amplifiers or bluetooth speakers at ANY time of day or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community even outside of quiet hours.
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photo shoot or shooting a video for commercial use, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of dears, squirrels, rabbits, lizards, insects.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors and at least 15 feet away from any open exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival.
