Located in The Reserve, this main floor unit is just steps from the Eagle River. Enjoy the views and sounds of a private stretch of river, just over a mile to Beaver Creek parking and 20 minutes to Vail. Walk to town, with hiking and biking trails right out the door.

The condo was perfect for a family of 3. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was nice. It had everything we needed. Great location for skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail, and Edwards has a nice selection of restaurants and shops very close to the condo.

Perfect place!

This condo worked great for our small family! We had beautiful river views each day and the unit is well stocked with all that we needed. While quite hot outside during the day, the unit stayed cool even without AC. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great location!

The interior of the property is generally very nice. However, I can't rate the property as a 5 for a few reasons. They ask tenants to take ski boots off outside the door. This is to be expected, but there is no chair or bench to sit on to remove or replace boots/shoes. No grill is provided to cook out. So we purchased at Walmart an inexpensive charcoal grill only to learn that charcoal grills are not permitted. There is a wood burning fireplace, but no wood is provided. Most necessities are provided - dependent upon the prior tenant leaving some. In our case, after shopping we learned that the unit had no garbage bags.

Family meeting get away

My family lives all over the US and we met up for a short ski weekend. This place was lovely. I highly recommend it to stay. You have to rent a car but it is a very short drive to the slopes and we parked for free each day. So great. Loved the heated floors and river walk from the complex

Second time around.

Second time we have stayed, this time with our two 21 year old kids ! cannot really fault the location or the condo, its clean, cosy and ideal for our family, Lauren is very easy to deal with and quick to reply on any questions, we have stayed in Edwards for many years its perfect for Vail, Beaver etc, free bus into town so no need to pay the stupidly high parking fees, coffee and restaurants in Edwards are walking distance through the back pathway, recommend ED'z and Etown both good honest food and not to expensive, the conditions were perfect for skiing and although Vail is so so expensive you cannot fault the beauty of the mountains when the sun is out and the snow is perfect. No doubt we will return as long as Dad's paying !

An Experience Starring The Eagle River!

The ground floor condo’s backyard is the rushing river, which can be seen and heard from indoors. The porch is 30 yards to the edge of the water, where there is a bench, for taking in the beauty. Our teens loved wading into it, and enjoyed being outdoors all day! We can’t wait to return!

Great Condo in a Great Location

This condo is nicely updated and very clean. It's right by the river and is in a great location. About 10 min drive to Beaver Creek village. Everything worked as expected and it was nicely stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy getaway by the river

Amazing welll appointed getaway that is close to Beaver Creek and Vail skiing! Lauren’s condo is a beautiful place with all the amenities, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need! Comfortable living space with a cute breakfast nook that opens to a patio to enjoy the river and maybe see a couple of Turkeys passing by! Easy drive or walking path to shops, coffee and dining if you wanted to stay local or drive up to Beaver Creek or Avon We had to unfortunately leave a day early because of an incoming snow storm that might have impacted flying home so we were sad to have to do that but Lauren was great all the way around and we will definitely be back!! We have stayed at a lot of places in our many travels to this area and by far one of the best places is Lauren’s place!

Great Stay!

My wife and I stayed for an early February ski trip. Lauren provided great communication prior to our arrival. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed in the master was comfortable. The heated floors in the bathrooms and kitchen were appreciated. The river view was very relaxing. We also had a wild turkey venture past the patio a few times. For skiing, the location is approximately 5 minutes from the Bear parking lot for the bus to Beaver Creek. The Arrowhead lot is closer, but we found it filled up early. If you want a hot tub to soak after skiing, the complex lacked this but there is one at the Avon Rec Center if you really need it. There are also lots of good dining and entertainment options a short drive away. For us, we are there to ski, eat, sleep, repeat… We will definitely stay here again.
