Sunset Escape On Westlake. This B&B offers 2 suites that are rented separately.

This main floor suite is located on Prince Edward County‘s popular Westlake waterfront and is facing the beach at Sand Dunes. The backyard has a shallow, sandy waterfront boasting beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed on the back deck with a propane fire pit, in the gazebo, on the dock or by the waters edge with a wood fire. We are within walking distance to Sand and Pearl restaurant, the restaurant at Isaiah Tubbs's Resort, Dune Hopper Brewery and a very short drive to the Tambo snack bar and convenience store. Westlake Water Sports is a 2 minute drive, where you can rent jet skis, pontoon boats, or flyboards. ( guests can receive a 20% discount on rentals)
The Sandbanks Dunes Beach and Sandbanks Outlet beach are both within 2.5 km, and beach/ park passes are provided free, for our guests.
This suite is a Bed & Breakfast with a private four piece bathroom, luxurious king size bed and walk out to the back deck. This suite accommodates up to 2 people maximum. ( main floor suite is rented separately) The living room, all outdoor spaces and continental breakfast are shared with hosts and occasionally, other guests.
We provide water floats, two stand up paddle boards and two kayaks for guests use, and are on first request first serve basis.

Free parking onsite.

If you are travelling with friends or family, we also offer a second story suite that will accommodate up to two more people.

Super clean. Beautifully appointed. Gorgeous llake views and spectacular sunsets. Delicious fresh-baked goods for breakfast along with fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee selections. Top notch amenities and very gracious hosts. A perfectly relaxing mini vacation!

Julie and Al are wonderful and warm hosts, and have a lovely home. Our check-in was easy, and Julie and Al provided clear instructions and useful information to make our stay more comfortable. Their back deck and waterfront access were big highlights, and we fully took advantage of their kayaks and SUPs. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a B&B.

We had a lovely weekend staying at this B&B. Accommodations are beautiful and hosts were super friendly and helpful. Backyard view of West Lake with the autumn colours was lovely amd peaceful. Great location for a trip to Sandbanks, local wineries and some geocaching!

Amazing high end cottage experience!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was so easy to relax and also have something to do every day. This location was great… wow! We kayaked, cycled and explored the vineyards and breweries of the area. The hosts are wonderful, the house was beautiful and yes we also loved their coffee machine 😜 F+B

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing time! The property is stunning and the location was great. Julie and Al were amazing hosts. Very thoughtful and helpful with everything and anything. The bed was so soft and luxurious, we still think of it often. And the coffee machine was amazing at the breakfast.

Great place to rest and relax! The room was immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces and amenities. The property was beautiful and serene. Julie and Al are amazing hosts. It was above our expectations! The hosts are super warm and welcoming. The room and place are kept very clean. They have a variety of different seating areas which is great if you want to sit at a fire or at the docks. They really treated us like family! Would definitely come back in the future

The whole property was immaculate and the hosts Julie and Al were very accommodating and are very nice people. The view of West Lake was stunning. We had a really great vacation and would definitely go back. They also had some great recommendations for dining out and things to do in the area. Julie paid attention to every detail, from dental floss to makeup wipes, paddle boards and kayaks. The pictures on Vrbo do not do it justice. The property is beautiful. Definitely 5 star.
