Private home in quiet neighborhood. This newly renovated modular home is available for rent! Everything is new! It features new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and vinyl flooring throughout the house. You can relax in this cozy family neighborhood, away from the busy A1A. Restaurants, shopping and beach are all within easy reach by car! Fisherman will find the Halifax River a short walk. Master Suite features a king sized bed with a garden tub. The palm bedroom features a queen sized bed. The third
room has two twin beds. The brand new pull out sofa is large and comfortable for two people. The dining table seats 6 with another 2 bar stools available at the counter. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, double sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, water cooler, washer and dryer.

We enjoyed our stay in Florida, we did not realize this was in an older trailer park area, but we felt safe there and it was close to where we needed to go. For the owner, freshly remodeled is misleading. Hire a better cleaner. Bedding needs updated. We bought you some things for the next people to use, new toaster, fry pan containers to store stuff etc.

At first thought the neighborhood was sketchy as we arrived at night. Grass and back of property needed to be cleaned up.

I don't know why someone would call our quiet residential neighborhood sketchy? My elderly Father lived here for 20 years without incident or fear. My family enjoys staying here and feel completely safe. All previous reviews are contrary to yours. This is strange? It is our rainy season and the lawn maintenance crew was scheduled to come out the day you left. I'm sorry the length of the grass was not to your liking. However, I don't think this warrants a 3 star review. The back of the property is a concrete slab. A new air conditioner unit and a locked shed? I'm not sure what was unsatisfactory to you? Perhaps it was the old oil stain on the concrete pad, that was left by a previous tenant. This has been powerwashed. There is no oil present. While our home is not a palace, it is clean and comfortable and affordable! We work hard to ensure our tenants have a SAFE, CLEAN, environment.

Large-dog friendly property with good proximity to Daytona area.

Nicely renovated small home in an older modular/ mobile home community. This home is clean and has all the essentials. Easy parking. Fenced front yard to allow space for our large breed dog. Close to parks, restaurants, shopping. Very quiet. The neighbors are friendly.

After moving to his new assisted living facility, we've spent the last 3 months completely remodeling it for you! My Father,(Thomas O'Hare's Trust) owns the property and I (Joney O'Hare, am Trustee) daughter #3, am the property manager and primary contact.

Our Turtles Nest of Port Orange is more than just a place to stay, it's and experience. From the moment you pull up to the house you will know that you are in the right place! The white fence has a gate and it will lead you to our front door, where our, Guard Pelican, Petey is happy to greet you. 4 steps up and open the door to a nautical themed escape. Each room is tastefully decorated with a Florida theme. You will find a sprinkling of turtles in each room, showcasing our theme. We have a fenced in yard for your dogs only, 2 limit please. Plenty of parking and close to all of the attractions Daytona area has to offer.
