Walk to the stadium!
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this 3 bedroom/2 bath home in Tuscalooosa’s Historic District, less than a mile (approx 15 min walk) to Bryant Denny Stadium. Only a few blocks from several restaurants, shops and bars. You will have the perfect place for a Game Day tailgate, with a large front porch, spacious interior and even a private back patio area with fire pit.

We are located directly across the street from Turbo Coffee, and 3 blocks from Taco Mama, World of Beer, and Moe’s BBQ. You can easily walk to the stadium or use Joyride golf cart service, with their golf cart lot/hub being only 1 block away.
Entire property is accessible, with exception of a GameDay trailer that is locked and stored in backyard. If you are interested in us setting up a tailgate on property for an additional fee, please contact us.
Three bedrooms, all featuring comfy mattresses and bedding. Two full baths with tub and shower combo.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, smart tv, closet and ceiling fan
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, smart tv, closet and ceiling fan

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Refrigerator, freezer, Dual Coffee maker with drip and k-cup capabilities, toaster, blender, dishwasher, cookware and dinnerware
OUTDOOR AREA
Front porch is covered with swing and rocking chairs.
Backyard has fire pit, cafe lights, outdoor dining table and chairs, Blackstone grill
Two cars allowed parking on property/driveway. There is in the street parking available just outside the home on a first come basis as well.
Joyride golf cart lot is only 1 block away, and Uber & Lyft are usually pretty available as well.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Individual booking and residing during the stay must be 25 years or older.
No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted with no refund.
No smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.
Rental agreement: A rental agreement must be digitally signed AND before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted at any of our properties.
