Nuestra unidad de condominio de 56 metros cuadrados está en el piso 20. Tiene un balcón con vistas a algunas de las increíbles estructuras de Makati.

El condominio se encuentra a aproximadamente 30 minutos en automóvil del Aeropuerto Internacional Ninoy Aquino (NAIA). Con una ubicación céntrica en el distrito central de negocios de Makati, está cerca de las embajadas y las instituciones financieras, a pocos minutos a pie de los complejos Greenbelt y Glorietta Shopping, Asian Institute Management, Makati Medical Center, Ayala Museum, etc.

La unidad ha sido amueblada con muebles y electrodomésticos modernos de buena calidad.

El dormitorio tiene un baño en suite y un área de ducha cerrada con agua fría / caliente. Sale a un balcón privado con vista al horizonte de Makati. Una plancha, tabla de planchar, secador de pelo y aspiradora. Ropa de cama y toallas también se proporcionan.

La cocina está totalmente equipada para sus necesidades de cocina y comedor con mucho espacio en el armario.

El salón es espacioso con cómodos sofás, un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 'con televisión por cable y sistema de cine en casa con DVD.

Se ha proporcionado un teléfono con llamadas locales ilimitadas a cualquier teléfono fijo PLDT y acceso ilimitado a Internet de alta velocidad a Wi-Fi sin cargo.

La unidad también viene con una detección automática de calor / humo con sistema de rociadores contra incendios y un intercomunicador que se conecta directamente al mostrador de recepción y seguridad.

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed our stay in Makati. Easy access on various restaurant and really close to the shopping mall. The owner is really pleasant to deal with and her cleaning assistant Harrenz. It's truly a blessing to find owner that will take care her clients. I appreciate doing business with you Ms. Joan Valenciano. Excellent location, very good service and clean!

Very nice stay. Everything was seamless. The condo is cleaned and well equipped. The location is the best! Everything was working well and the host was very responsive. I strongly recommend.

Great Location

Walking distance to so many establishments. Safe area. Well furnished and clean. The owner, Joan, is so easy to communicate with. Very helpful. Made herself available as much as possible. Great stay!

Staying in Manila business district

Great location. In walking distance to many restaurants and malls. The condo was well furnished and very clean. The Balcony and the washing machine was a huge benefit. I'll stay there again without exception. The owner responded to my questions quickly and always felt she was available. The staff at the condo complex was very responsive and seemed to be happy. Highly recommend

It is said that, in real estate, the 3 most important factors are Location, Location and Location. By those criteria, the Greenbelt Chancellor, in Manila's Makati district, is Ace, at least for business tourists like us. It is located in the heart of the business district, mere minutes walk to some of the glitziest malls in Asia.  We took apartment 20F for four nights this August, and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities. The place was true to its billing: a fully furnished, tastefully-decorated, serviced 1BHK at an attractive rate. There was literally nothing for us to complain about. As we mentioned, several malls were nearby for food and entertainment, but even closer were a 7-Eleven and Mini-Stop, KFC and an Indian restaurant. Pernickety tenants might find the loo a bit small, the lighting a bit dim, the air-conditioning a bit noisy and the water pressure a bit weak, but pernickety tenants will never be satisfied anyway. Five stars to Joan (the owner) and Karen (the caretaker).

Perfect place for vacation

I stayed for nine days during my visit this June and enjoyed every minute of it. The place is perfect for a couple and two children. Very spacious with its' own kitchen. I love that I can cook my own breakfast and dinner and walk to the mall for lunch, go to the movies, go to church plus you get to exercise by just walking. The place is immaculate and the a/c works perfect. Wifi works perfect too. Our children came to visit for a night and they enjoyed the pool. I wish I am into working out because they have their own gym but I guess walking to and from the mall was enough. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. I did a last minute booking and she was very understanding that she accommodated me even if I have not given her my down payment. Because I stayed for more than a week, I get to pay my own electric bills but she just charged it to my security deposit and I did not have to pay any balance even though I owe more. I will definitely stay here again and probably longer than nine days, the next time I visit. Thanks again Joan for your hospitality. I always say you have a good heart and you do. God bless you.

Location, Location, Location

The condo is extremely well located. It is in easy walking distance of the Greenbelt malls and the Ayala Museum. Joan and Kathleen are extremely responsive and the building staff is friendly and helpful. Though the view leaves much to be desired, it was great to have a terrace where I could have my morning coffee and watch the sun set in the evening. The WiFi was frustratingly slow at times but that seems to be a Manila problem. Would have liked to have a TV in bedroom and I would suggest that the couch in living room be changed to one that's a sleeper. I would also suggest that the condo come stocked with laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, garbage bags, napkins, paper towels and toilet paper. That said, I would definitely consider staying there again.

A Great Condo and Wonderful Location

My one month stay at the Greenbelt condo was wonderful. The listing description and photos accurately describe and reflect the actual condo/apartment. Kathleen greeted me and showed me everything I needed to know about the condo. It was clean and well-maintained -- there was a small leak in the CR, but the building maintenance staff took care of it very quickly. The condo is very quiet. The building staff was very friendly, cooperative and helpful. The location of this condo is in a very safe area .. only a few minutes walk to the Greenbelt and Glorietta (a 60php cab ride) Malls where there are ample stores and restaurants and Rustans grocery store. There are some fast-food places close (KFC, Subway, Inasal, Starbucks, Barrio Fiesta) .. but they are closed on Sunday. There are plenty of mini-markets (7/11), banks and a church within short walking distance. There is convenient access to taxi-cabs - the building staff is more than co-operative is hailing a cab. The Wi-Fi and Internet cable worked flawlessly the entire time and I was able to do some of my normal work activities. There were really no "negatives" .. maybe one could comment on the views from the front and back windows - nothing very interesting from the 20th floor :-) A reminder for those considering .. the electric is NOT included in the base rental. My experience was about 2500 php per week - with 1 of the 2 aircon units running basically 24/7 because while I was there it was quite hot and humid. I would absolutely recommend this condo to friends/relatives . it is very comfortable for two people. Thanks Joan and Kathleen for a great place - I would definitely stay there again if the situation arises to be in Makati, Legaspi Village.

Nicely Appointed Condo with an Excellent Location

Finally an owner, condo, and property manager that gets it right. We have stayed in several condos in Makati, Fort Bonifacio, and Eastwood over the last 8 years. It's about a 50/50 hit or miss if you will get what you were expecting. This condo went above our expectations. It was nicely appointed with an excellent location. Close to Greenbelt and my company's office in the Citibank building. There are so many restaurants to choose from in the area, not only in Greenbelt but within a couple of block of the condo. The pool and exercise room were nice. Only thing we wanted that the building didn't have was a function room so we could have a small family party but we found something offsite.

Wonderful place to stay

I rented the apartment for a month whilst I was travelling for work. The place is exactly as described and a great location. Owner Joan and manager Kathleen are very helpful and made the check in and out very easy. I felt very safe and the apartment is lovely inside. The price was absolutely fair and good value. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

They make sure your stay is a very happy, enjoyable experience. Friendly lobby staff with tight security 24/7. Spacious, clean condo with all your needs & much more. Open the up high windows (living& bedroom, balcony door) turn on 2 floor fans & you don't need the 2 air cons. The only con : kitchen needs brighter lights. Hahaha. This Ucondo is in a very modern, safe city with easy walking distance to beautiful malls,restaurants with available cabs to go other places along with other type of transportation. Been to Philippines many times & YES, I would rent this condo again & also recommend all my friends to book this unit with Joan & Kathleen. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your condo at chancellor greenbelt. It was well equipped, clean and had a very good location. Everything was just walking distance. I will definitely recommend your unit to friends here in New Jersey. One thing though, the light bulbs in the kitchen burned out one at a time till we had no light in the kitchen although we were able to use the light provided under the cabinets..Other than that, everything was perfect..Thank you Ms Joan and Kathleen for your great services..

Very nice apartment

I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is very spacious and modern with a nice balcony. Greenbelt is a 5-10 minute walk away. Also the wifi connection is very fast.

Made a Good Choice

This is surely one clean,well-equipped,well managed condo for rent by its owner and personable manager.It is at a good location near the well-known commercial business district of Makati city,My husband,sister and I also felt very safe staying at Greenbelt Chancellor mostly due to the very polite,helpful and very observant,efficient concierge staff.

Visting the Philippines during the Chinese New Year

I would recommend this Condo to people visiting the Philippines that want a place that is safe, clean and well furnished. I was working from this location using the internet and it worked very well, we had one small outage with the internet, but it didn't last long and the supporting staff worked hard keeping us informed on the status of the issue until it was resolved. This condo is within walking distance of a great mall, within the mall is a super market where you can purchase food to cook at the condo. There are also a few places to eat very close to the condo if you choose not to cook. We use all the appliances including the washer and they worked great. In conclusion I want to thank the owner and her supporting staff for making my stay in the philippines comfortable and pleasant. I plan on returning to the Philippines in the future and would like to stay in this condo again. Great Job Team!

Excellent condo in good location

Nice modern clean and well-maintained condo in good area close to all amenities including Greenbelt and Landmark shopping malls. We stayed for 2 weeks and I would recommend this Makati condo to anyone who wants to stay in Makati.
